The top is like crocheted and stretchy so it literally looks like it has holes in it. The bottom just has the black streamer things with noooo fabric under.. so it’s literally a see through outfit that will need something under for both top and bottom. I ended up returning and getting a black dress that’s similar but not see through. The accessories were really nice and good quality. I shoulda rated a 3 but I guess it’s my fault for not reading the reviews to realize it needs something under.

EXACTLY like the picture, it is so darn cute I have no words. For months my daughter has wanted to be Maleficent and yes there were other costumes, but this one is just perfect! Came with all the pieces shown, fits perfectly for her (she’s 47 inches tall) and can wear flats and it just touches the ground. You will need to put a little tank top under it and some little shorts bc it’s a tad see through, and my daughter found it just a little itchy where the tulling meets the body, so this will prevent that. She’s also a bit sensory sensitive . But I can’t say enough good things!!!!

Not a bad costume. It fit which was a pleasant surprise. What wasn't a good surprise were the feathers from the necklace and wings. They fall off easily and the metal wiring that holds them together leave some sharp edges that could easily hurt whomever is wearing it. Because of this the feathers went straight into the garbage (for a three year old at time, if your kid is older then perhaps they'll be more careful, I wasn't taking chances). I liked the look of the costume and it certainly is nice to have a variety of costumes for the young princess who likes to play dress-up. If the feathers were designed to be more child-proof this would have gotten five stars but due to the fact that it seems easy for a child to hurt themselves while wearing it, stars are removed because the feathers cannot be part of the outfit.

My daughter really loved Angelina Jolie’s version of the Maleficent movies and so wanted a costume that reflected that version instead the cartoon. So I was searching for something closer to that in her small size. Very happy with this find. The wings are way more stable then any other costume I’ve ever gotten her so nice to see and look like they will hold up well. The skirt is more lots of pieces of tulle versus a solid stretch of it. Unexpected but not an issue for us, and can probably do a lot of fluffing. still looks awesome on her.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dress. It was exactly like the pictures and top part is very stretchy making it very comfortable yet secure to wear (made with the headband kind of material with a net-like texture). Skirt was nice and puffy. You will need something to wear underneath since the top will end up being see-through, but it'll be cold where we are so that won't be an issue. Headwear was also good, it seemed to stay on well and it was soft and lightweight. Wings and neck piece were also very stylish. This was most definitely worth the money. We had a slight issue with clearing item with customs but after requesting further information from the seller we got it all sorted out.
