I usually wear a L but this shirt seemed snug so I sized up for an XL. It's body hugging, yet not restrictive, but this is not what I was wanting. Almost like a light compression shirt. If it came in XXL I'd give it a try, but I'm returning it. The fabric seemed nice and wasnt see through or too thin.
