I went up a size so it would be long enough (I'm 5"9') and flowy. I certainly would have still gotten that flowy feel with a large, but glad I went to the XL for the added length. This dress is not what I consider flattering, mainly given the design of being very loose It also looks good with a belt. It is a casual fall/winter dress that looks great with boots. The material is thicker, which I love. ALSO, the sleeves are long enough that it actually went all the way to my wrists (that's a rare find for someone with long arms). Worth the buy.

Perfect fit and style. Casual but can be dressed up. Super soft. The only downside for me is the color. I bought the red, and it does not look like the photo. It’s mingled burgundy, pink and black that appears faded. I’m not crazy about it. Would have been so much better in a solid rich color.

This dress was the third of this style that I had ordered. The previous purchases were returned quickly because I did not like the gauzy, thin fabric. This dress, however, has a super soft feel with a thicker material that is not too hot. I consider it a fall/winter dress. My color choice plus the sweater-like fabric would not work for summer.

Super cute little dress. Would be great if it had pockets. It's very short on me so it's more a tunic with leggings. For reference I'm 5' 61/2 "....117 lb size 4 I ordered it in a small. I got a flash deal so it was only $25. I would not pay $33 for it that's too much. It's a thicker warm material and you could add a turtleneck underneath it for added warmth.

The dress looked so cute with leggings. It is true to size. It wasn't super thick so it wasn't hot. I got it to wear in layers in New York City but it was warm that day.

I saw this dress and thought it would be perfect for fall. I could just picture it on and with a cute pair of boots. When it arrived, I was excited to try it on. I absolutely loved the color. The fabric was okay - sweater like outside and smoother on the inside, but it doesn't have a lining. I loved how the sleeves bloused at the wrists from the elastic. But, BUT, on my middle-aged body, it was a no! Now, I'm all about wearing whatever you feel good in, and I don't believe age should define us or what we wear, and I do prefer to dress younger as I fight this aging thing. But this dress was not at all flattering on me. While the feel/texture of the fabric was fine, especially for the price, it was very thin. As you can see from my photos, bottom corner, light coming through the dress. As for size, I wear a size large/14 and I'm 5'8. I ordered a large dress and it fit fine everywhere except length. On the model, it looked to be just a little above the knee. My legs do not look the way they did when I was 18 and there's no way I'm going to wear a dress that falls mid-thigh, and that's exactly where this dress fell on me. I've circled my knees in one of the photos and wore leggings to keep from showing my dimpled thighs. Sure, the dress would make a cute tunic, but I ordered it to wear as a dress. I don't think sizing up would make much of a difference in the length. Unfortunately, I did not keep the dress and sent it back.

Updated with family pictures taken in the dress! I'm in love with the dress! It was perfect! absolutely love this dress! It fit great and the material is so soft and comfortable. I added a belt to it to cinch my waist in some and wore it with brown boots for family photos and it was beautiful. I'm 5'3.5" and 239 lbs and I carry most of my weight in my mid section. It's really hard to find dresses that work for me but I loved this dress. The photos I attached are what my nephew took so not the best but I will update this with the professional photos we had taken that day when they are available.
