I ordered 2 pairs: size medium in both royal blue and black. I am 5’ 4,” ~185 lbs, and have an hourglass figure (though not super toned at the moment lol). As I was finishing up writing this review, I realized that my black pair also have similar marks in the fabric that the blue pair has.. I was intending to return them for what I thought were runs in the fabric. I will update this review soon to address if the lines go away or if they are truly runs. The blue pair has definitely been worn, though. Don’t get me wrong, they slipped on like butter. SO comfortable, didn’t slip or slide down anywhere, and weren’t super willing to show off cellulite (even in blue!). When I tried on the black pair, I realized the blue had absolutely been a return based on how much more compressing the black pair was, even just to get on. They still fit and I will keep them, but they’ll 100% suck you in nicely! Lol. I expect these to give a little over time and loosen up a bit, but I don’t expect that to be bad at all based on how perfectly the blue pair fit. I’m actually looking forward to it! This fabric is a medium-ish thickness workout material, and I am very happy with the quality (on the first try-on anyways lol). I don’t think these will take on holes easily. Worn in or brand new, they will both suck you in nicely, hide imperfections well, and neither pair were slipping down when I walked around with my phone in my pocket. I am a tight-wad when it comes to buying clothes since tj maxx has like $12 leggings, but I think these are worth the price (and I got them on sale!). I really feel like they will last a long time. I will update if anything goes wrong w that hope!! Lol. Hope this helps.

I purchased these because I walk/jog quite a bit, and needed something that had pockets to carry my phone, etc. As a "bigger" gal, I also needed something that would "stay put" when I was jogging. These leggings are great for that as they do not roll down or move at all. I believe I actually purchased a couple more pairs after I bought the first pair. For the size chart, I am a 14 in normal pants and purchased an XL. The fit was perfect and worked great for tummy control.

Years ago I bought the perfect compression leggings on Amazon. The fabric was thick, they were very high waisted and had enough compression to hold in and smooth out your belly. Months later when they were still my favorites I decided to order more and that listing with that seller was no longer available so I began my search. I have bought numerous leggings since all promising tummy control compression, each falling short. I had high hopes for these after reading reviews but again I was disappointed. I will say, they are good leggings, they’re not as thin as some I’ve ordered, but the fabric is not compressing anything, it’s normal stretchy fabric that will conform to whatever body shape you have. It does NOT smooth anything out or hold anything in. The biggest issue I have is that I was constantly pulling them up. They would roll down and sag, every time I bent down or stood from sitting, I had to pull them back up over my stomach. 3 stars because they’re solid leggings, but definitely not 5 stars due to lack of compression and sliding down.

This is bar far my favorite pair of leggings. I purchased this pair and another pair of a different color, and also bought another brand in a different color. Both brands had great reviews, but the others have a lot more compression than these. These have a nice compression without being uncomfortable, and the pockets are definitely a huge plus. I definitely recommend. They are so soft and great quality. They’re true to size.
