I got an XL. 5’5” currently 178lbs. I probably could wear the L but have a feeling it would be tight when I raise my arms (based on the fit of the XL). It feels like a hospital gown and I would need to wear a top under so I don’t show cleavage. I decided to keep it because it’s cozy and has pockets. I will top it with a oversized sweater and wear it at my wfh job like that. We rarely have cameras on and the sweater I’m choosing to wear on top is appropriate for video work meetings.
