The shirt arrived as described on the website, but I was rather disappointed when I actually felt the material. The material is 100% cotton , but is rather thin so even though sleeves are long, you would have to wear a jacket if you live in a cold climate. It is machine washable, however I would be concerned about the durability and possible stretching given the material is so thin. The sizing chart is accurate and overall a nice design. This shirt is so cute! It fits well and the sleeves are a good length. It’s great on its own or as a layering piece. The fabric is soft and well made. It washes well and gets softer with each wear. Love this shirt!

I thought I would like this striped cotton shirt from GAP when I ordered it, but I had no idea it would become my new favorite casual winter tee. It has a soft, finely ribbed texture, and the soft cotton feels wonderfully comfortable on my skin. I am sensitive to even slightly rough or scratchy fabrics and this shirt feels really good on. I absolutely love that there are no scratchy tags, which I can’t stand- the info is printed directly on the fabric. The fit is a bit looser on me than needed. I ordered the XL to accommodate my 44.5 inch bust line. However this shirt has plenty of stretch and the L would have fit me better. It didn’t really seem to shrink. The sleeves are a bit long on me in this size, I am 5’3”. But the style, overall flattering fit, and comfort of this shirt makes it a true favorite despite those minor issues I find myself wanting to wear this all the time, and it goes with so many outfits.
