Extremely soft and comfortable shirt. The pink is incredibly vibrant; you couldn't get lose in a crowd if you tried! The style is meant to be oversized but the Large still felt more like an Extra Large to me. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for an oversized style casual look but consider sizing down. The stitching on it is nice. I have sensitive skin so it is always a challenge finding something with stitching and fabric that isn't itchy. This is perfect!

So comfy! This dress has a loose, oversized fit that is easy to wear and is great for lounging or casual days. It’s not form-fitting, and it’s not the most flattering but it definitely hides the midsection nicely. The material feels like its great quality that won’t pill. It is a mid-weight fabric. Much thicker than any t-shirt, almost like a thinner sweatshirt. The pink is gorgeous!! Very bright and fun. Honestly almost perfect… just missing side pockets lol.

I ordered this GAP True Black Logo dress because I was looking for a high quality, comfy, natural fiber lounging dress for the warmer months. Before ordering, I checked the product description and it says in two different places in the ad (Top Highlights, Product Specs > Materials) that the dress is 100% cotton. When the dress arrived, however, I checked the care label and was surprised and disappointed to discover that it is actually 77% cotton and 23% polyester. The style I ordered is best described as a very oversized t-shirt dress, and the seller’s photos do a good job of showing buyers what to expect. I ordered it knowing that it was big and boxy and would not be figure-flattering. If you envision what an eight-year-old child would look like wearing dad’s t-shirt, you’ll get the picture. I’m 5’7”, weigh 160 lbs, and normally order an XL when I want a relaxed, roomy, comfortable fit. I ordered the XL, but I could’ve sized down to a large and the fit would’ve still been roomy and comfortable. The length of the dress is perfect, hitting me about 2” above the knees. As expected from a GAP garment, the construction is top-notch with straight, well-stitched seams and no loose threads nor any visible defects. The fabric is fairly thick and heavy, so if you live in an area with a warmer climate, this is not your summer dress. It features large, deeply-cut arm holes, which really adds to the relaxed, comfortable fit. The t-shirt pocket on the chest is big, measuring 6.5”W x 7.5”H, and features the GAP logo stitched on in 1” color-matched letters. I like that the logo on the True Black Logo dress is subtle. There are no side pockets, but that makes total sense since it essentially is a giant t-shirt. You can always wear a waist pouch to hold your essentials when you’re out and about, which will also cinch in the waistline and give you a more figure-flattering look. I like the construction quality of this dress and I appreciate that the seller’s photos accurately depict the style and fit. I also like the comfortable fit, the length, the large front pocket, and the subtle logo. I strongly dislike the inaccurate product description of the fiber content, especially since I ordered this dress specifically because it was described as 100% cotton. Had the dress I received been 100% cotton as described, I would’ve given it a five-star rating. I cannot do so, however, as I am committed to writing honest reviews. I hope that the seller corrects the inaccuracies in the product description. If the reader is a potential buyer who likes the style and is OK with the cotton/poly blend fabric, you will likely be pleased with this dress and consider it a good value for the price.

When I unpacked this, I was like... oh no, why is it so big? I am 5'3" 137 But as soon as I put them on, I fell in love. it is so comfortable and soft. This is perfect for daily wear to run errands. It is a high quality cotton and its more flattering than it seems. The only thing missing are pockets. Why no pockets??? Overall, I highly recommend this dress, if you want something easy to throw on for your daily wear. Love it

I ordered a size up because I didn’t want it to be too tight, and I see I didn’t need to do that. So, I recommend ordering your normal size. I think it’s a stretch to call this a “dress”. There’s no shape to it at all. They style is really a very long t-shirt and not at all flattering. The pink color is the same as shown in the listing. The fabric is not really soft; it’s a little scratchy. Other than that, the fabric is good quality and is not see through. Being a size larger than I usually wear, it falls to my knees. The word “gap” is embroidered in the front with orange and red thread, which doesn’t really match with the pink fabric. I’m still giving it 4 stars however, because most of my complaints are just my personal preference. The shirt itself is good quality and has no funky smell. Due to its “style” (or lack thereof) and its slightly scratchy feeling, I would not get another one.
