The sizing on these particular pants are wayyyy off. I’m normally a 12 and the 14 almost won’t button up. I’d need at least a 16 to be able to breathe. I do like the look, feel and cut of the pant. But Size Way Up!

Sizing is WAY off. I am 5’9 and 185 pounds. I typically wear a size 12 . I read the reviews and ordered a size 34 due to others saying to size up 2 sizes. I really wanted to like these, but they aren’t the right fit for me. I’m 5’2" and 125lbs. In all fairness, I have no waist, very straight and short torso, so I knew these were a risk. First I bought a 4 Short and could barely breath (pictures included). I know these are intended to be a crop, but the stiffness of the jeans just looked funny to me with such a wide leg (I’m all about a wide leg jean though). There is some stretch despite the stiffness, which I attribute mostly to the thickness of the denim. I decided to try a 6 Regular hoping for a looser fit that would hit the ground (no pics from this fitting, wasn’t worth taking pictures). The fit was looser, yes, but the length still didn’t hit the floor for me. I just didn’t love it enough to try for a long length, and I wasn’t confident the stiff demon would pool correctly at my feet even if I did get a longer length. I went ahead and returned them. These are cute and I hope they work out for folks taller than myself, however I do recommend sizing up regardless or your height or length you choose. ... show more

These jeans were a great price and I love Gap clothing. However, these were at least 2 sizes too small. I’m usually a 27 but I couldn’t even zip these so they had to be returned.

Doesn’t make any sense why just one size it at the advertised price. All other pairs are between $28 and $33 more. That is ridiculous. Not a good way to do business.
