I'm 5'5 115 lbs usually a size 27 in Levis, a 4 in women's or 5-7 in "juniors." I got the black ones in size 28 short. From what i remember, i ordered them in size 28 cause i read some reviews saying the black ones ran smaller. I think that might be true, cause i'm glad i sized up! I like the fit and length of these on me. I like these WAY better than the Levis straight jeans - I swear i've tried multiple sizes of their straight jeans in both high rise and mid rise so many times, but they're just awful and so uncomfortable if you have any hint of a "pear" shape. These jeans on the other hand, come up to just bellow my belly button and they don't constantly bunch and get stuck around my crotch or thighs. They fit perfect - not too tight and not too loose. I also really like the "short" length on me (pretty sure I wouldn't have liked these in the "regular" length). I consider this fabric kind of heavy, though it's super soft, almost like flannel, but you know, heavier (i think it's like 80% cotton). I do find it better suited for cooler weather though. I live in socal and find it almost too hot to wear these when it's more than a few degrees above 70. Also, just a heads up: the black version at least, is the kind of fabric that is an ABSOLUTE MAGNET for lint/fuzz and pet hair. They get a star off for that. I would honestly suggest steering clear if you're one of those people who's ocd about lint or microscopic fuzz. This probably isn't the case for the other colors btw, cause you can see the fabric differs in the pics. UPDATE: Ugh i spoke too soon. After a full day of wear these pants loosened up to the point where they started to feel too big and i was constantly having to pull them up (LOL these pants will now be kept in reserve for "fat" days). Going to return the other pair i bought and try them in 27 cause i still like them.

I have the same straight 27 regular GAP jeans that I bought in 2019. They were great. Size and fabric were great, wearing them till today. And I expected to buy the same now. But something changed in these jeans. Same 27 regular is wider. Not same good fitting. Not same great fabric. really thicker and rough fabric Another important thing is that they get wider after each time that I wear them. Don't expect such change from GAP. I bought another colour today but 26 long. It fits good. Consider to take one size down if great fit is important for you. I am 166 cm and 49 kg.

I am 5' 3.5" 110lbs Measurements are 35-25.5-36 When jeans are high waisted I almost always wear a 25. However when they sit lower on my waist, I can typically wear a 25 or 26. I ordered these in a 25 Regular and although they fit well with no gapping, I think I could have ordered 24 regular as well. The 25's fit nice enough that I can wear them without a belt, but I fear that as the day goes on, they will appear more loose on my waist. When I pull out and away from my body at the waist there is a lot of give. I could easily gain 5lbs and these would still fit comfortably without feeling tight. I haven't washed them yet, so I don't know if they shrink. As I've walked around I seem to keep pulling them up at the waist. Again, there is no gapping, since they seem to have a lot of stretch, but I think a 24 regular would stay put a little better. Also, the fabric is a good durable weight with more of a jean material feel than most jeans that have a lot of stretch like these do. Inseam is 30. Hope this helps. Also, I just ordered the Light Wash in a 24 regular. Hope they fit well.

I liked the fit of these, and the length. Even though I'm short, the regular length only came slightly below the top of my feet. But they aren't midrise--at least not on me. not quite high rise, but pretty much at my belly button. I like the straight leg; it's straight from hip to ankle, unlike many. One size smaller would look perfect, but the waist would be too tight. They didn't shrink at all after washing and drying. Not even in length.
