I love these jeans. I bought them in 33L because I wanted them to drag and I like a loose waist for the vibe with a belt and the ability to sit them low on my hips. The only thing I don’t understand is that these jeans have the little distresssing near the pocket but the hole over the knee is missing. I even bought another 33L to see if it was just mine and nope haha also missing the hole. Not sure why this is but whatever I’m keeping the jeans. Love them!

So I am a size 25 in most jeans bottoms. Gap 90s loose low rise — for me, I totally had to downsize to a 24. ( gotta keep in mind, that it’s gonna sit on your hips and not your waist) so if it was like a mid rise. I would be a size 25. Because the jeans sit on the waist. But Gap jeans quality and look is great. BUT for sure ID SIZE DOWN! But you can always measure ur self to be sure .
