What am I reviewing? I am reviewing GAP Kids’ GAP Girls' Short Sleeve Graphic Tee 2-Pack [T-Shirts]. Style? Modern, with about town to school (non-uniform day) function worthiness. Colors? Soft but solid print and graphics patterns – solid backgrounds. Would this be a good gift? Yes, a paper tag indicated this was new, official GAP Kids clothing. Weight of Tees? Each Tee weighed in at a mere two (2) ounces, which is about [56] grams, this gives an idea of how thick [thin] this t-shirt really is – I estimate about (45%) “lighter” than expected. That’s thin. How can I tell its “official” merchandise? The Tagless, plus sewn-in GAP Kids tags, and GAP hang tag confirm it is official merchandise, which I appreciate. Finish? The Tees are perfectly constructed, no loose threads, not a seam unsewn nor crooked. Fit? Almost spot on (I think a hair on the smaller side). In hindsight, I should have ordered a size-up, for a growing toddler. Does a label note this is GAP Kids? Yes, plus, the hangtag notes GAP Kids. Accuracy of listing? The photos in the listing, I opine, do “not” exaggerate what I received. Was there a retail like hang tag anywhere? Yes, I appreciate that, as it eliminates any question this is a re-gift or used. Tag less? Yes, at the neckline, plus, there are multiple silk like sewn in-tags near the hemline. Care instructions? Yes, included. Value? Based on the totality of the above, I opine that I received fair but “not” exceptional value. Material? Tee is (100%) cotton. Is the cotton recycled cotton? Nothing supports this as being recycled cotton. Organic? Nothing supports this as being organic cotton. Was this OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified? No. What’s that? OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification – which is one of the world's best-known labels for goods tested for harmful substances. In my opinion, goods with this certification gives me confidence the product has a high safety threshold. I did “not” see that certification here. I prefer a child’s clothes have this, to give me peace-of-mind that the dyes used in creating this shirt was evaluated by a third-party for safety. Any irritations from using? None, fairly comfortable, the hemline tags are a tad of a nuisance. Care? Easy to care for, machine washable. Shrinkage Based on my style of washing - conservative, I did not see visible shrinkage. Country of origin? Made in Indonesia. Date of manufacture? The sewn-in label referenced 10/2025. Date received? April 2026 – this is relatively newer stock, in my opinion, but I think it is going into the best season [summer], unless living in a warmer climate – I think the weight, which is on the lighter side corroborates this, i.e., best for warm to hot climates. Is this perfect? No, but I have no significant complaints. Rating? For me, based on the totality, the T-Shirts are a “strong” four (4) stars. Why do I think that? The Tees, in my opinion, are just a bit undersized, higher price, and are so lightweight, at two (2) ounces, for a small – that fits a 6- to 7-year-old. Plus, they are not organic cotton, which they could have been at this price point; nor otherwise certified, which they could have been, at this price point. I hope my thoughts added a bit of information.

I recently received these two GAP kids' tees, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The quality is outstanding, with soft fabric that feels great against the skin. One of the shirts features an adorable design that's sure to brighten up any outfit, while the other comes in a beautiful shade of blue that really pops. The fruit print is vibrant and cheerful, and the white base color stays bright after washing. The cotton feels soft against my daughter's skin. The fit is relaxed through her body, allowing for comfortable movement during play, and the short sleeves are a good length for warm days. The neckband holds its shape well, not stretching out after repeated wear. However, I’ve noticed the length shrinks slightly in the dryer, even on low heat. It’s not drastic, but after a few washes, the tees sit a bit higher than expected for her age. For everyday wear, these tees are practical and stylish. The graphic is fun without looking too babyish, and the 2-pack offers good value.

The shirt itself feels light and breathable which is nice for warmer days, but the sizing is really confusing and frustrating. It only mentions X small, small, medium, large without clearly saying what age group each size is meant for. When buying for kids, age based sizing is important and this completely misses that. There is also no size chart provided, so I had to guess and ended up with the wrong fit. For something meant for kids and babies, this lack of clear sizing information makes it hard to order with confidence.

I bought this package of 2 GAP graphic t-shirts for my girl and the truth is that I was very satisfied with the purchase. Since they arrived, you can see the good quality of the brand. The fabric is soft and breathable, perfect for daily use, whether for school or for going out to play. They are mainly made of cotton, which makes them comfortable even on hot days. In addition, they do not irritate the skin and have a pleasant finish to the touch.
