My 4yo used a similar product at his first skating rink experience and it was great. So I got this for him and he only wants to roller skate now. It’s so easy to put together. Folding it down is easy enough. It is very light and rolls pretty smoothly. I might try to fit some rollerblade wheels to it. And I’m not opposed to adding an hand break. Other wise it’s perfect. If it takes him a little longer to get the hang of it we can adjust the height to keep up with him. Hopefully won’t take that long. ... show more

I bought seven for my grandkids. The aid is helpful in learning to skate. They do topple over sometimes. (That is with the two yr old more so than the 6 yr olds.) Was super easy to assemble. They fold up which is nice. The wheels seem quality. Should be half the price though.

Is perfect for beginning skaters. We purchased two as a gift for our young grandchildren. The first day was a huge success. The second day one of the wheels broke off of one of the frames making it unusable. The second frame is still holding up so I feel like it was just a flaw in the products construction. Now we have one useable frame and the second frame is waiting to see if super glue will fix it or are we just out of luck. When it's fully extended, it is not super sturdy feeling, but it does a perfectly adequate job to support me while I try to learn inline skating. Super impressed.
