I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (renewed) unlocked international version. Was received on time even after some hiccups with my payment method (those were my bank's fault - note seller nor amazon). Package was hand delivered to recipient who signed for it. Phone came in sealed S24 Ultra box. What was a little strange for to me was that there was nothing else in the box - just the phone and manual. No usb c cable, no charging brick, no sim ejector. I wasn't concerned though because I already had all of the above from my previous Samsung device. Some negative reviews had made me nervous so I was eager to get it started and test out some things. Turned on quickly, display was clean and sharp. Tried a YouTube video so I could test the speaker volume and clarity. Sound was good. Took some photos so I could test the camera. Pictures were good. Popped two sim cards in at once from two different local (non-USA) cell providers (i do not live in the US) Immediately recognized both sims and I was able to make calls from both. Granted, this really is just day one but I'm satisfied so far. Have to observe over the next few days to see how the battery life goes. Edit. So there was a USB c to USB c cable, a sim ejector and an instruction manual in the box after all. I just hadn't noticed then so we'll concealed behind that little cardboard box. ... show more

I've had this phone for almost a year and haven't had any issues. Just a minor issue with the USB-C port; sometimes a notification pops up that it's wet out of nowhere.

    • Misleading Listing and stopped working after a month
Quality issues: Worked completely fine for 1.5 months. Then the battery ran out overnight and now it will not charge. And yes, I've confirmed that the charger and cable is fine with other devices. The listing is misleading as well and here's why: 1. Arrives in a box that is not the actual Samsung box. This raises suspicions of it being refurbished or resold, neither of which are apparent in the listing. 2. The default language is set to Spanish, which is also not made clear on the listing. That should not be the default for a device sold on US Amazon, especially if it's not stated on the listing itself. 3. Although I did not have this issue (thankfully), there is a pamphlet that comes with the phone that says this phone will not work with some carriers.
