These snowshoes are very similar to other name models. From the spikes and grips on the bottom- to the straps on top. For 100 buck coming in at 4.7 lbs you cannot go wrong with these. If you want to drop 350 and get lightning for 3.8 lbs that is the next best shoe. But for 1/3 price and 1 pound weight. Killer snowshoes. Easy to put on and take off. Great traction and grip on snow and ice. Used around Yellowstone's Icy boardwalks during the winter season. Very impressed with the teeth along the bottom! Highly recommend these.

These are actually 28” long instead of the advertised 30”. Other than that they are decent for the price. A little heavy, but they’re solid. The pack that comes with it is a sling bag, not a backpack.

Overall these snowshoes are very solid and I’m rating them at a 4 out of 5 for the reasons below: Concerns: 1. The decking and frame are all one piece. Instead of the commonly built snowshoe with a aluminum tubing frame (or just a frame in general) with a rubber/nylon decking, both the framing and deck are molded together into one piece of plastic. The plastic seems durable and heavy duty most definitely can hold someone’s weight. My concern with plastic is extreme cold/heat changes which may cause the plastic to degrade and become brittle over time. Other concerns I have are this all one plastic deck and frame design may provide little to no give/flexibility as my weight transfers into the snow shoe step after step. 2. The straps design may cause challenges. The heel strap and toe straps are all made of rubber as you can see in the picture. There is not really a buckle that the straps feed through. Instead there is a tooth that holds the straps tight. This design will make getting the snow shoes off and on very easy. However, I am concerned that as I trek in the snow, the moving and shifting of my boots will pull on the plastic hole that is connected to this tooth design. This hole is what keeps the straps tight to the boots and I am hopeful that the hole will not tear out. Pros: 1. The crampons are going to definitely keep you safe from slipping. Under the deck the lateral crampons run almost the whole length of the deck. I don’t see myself slipping on ice using these snow shoes. The main crampon at the pivot point seems ready to grip, and hold tight to any ice that I walk on. To be honest many snowshoe trails can become less snow powder and more hard pack, so this is an excellent feature. 2. The trekking poles are brilliant, I live in a place where there is very limited daylight in the winter months and I love brightly colored objects. These poles are easy to spot and will be hard to lose on the trail. Additionally the poles come with boots, cages, and the 3 piece extension design is solid. ... show more

Many of the reviewers here have already called out the wonderful features and quality components of the G2 snowshoes from Go2gether. They aren’t wrong in their assessments. For half the price of some higher end snowshoes, these snowshoes offer many of the same features at the same build quality as those “top tier” brands. What you get is a lightweight, quality snowshoe that is comfortable and easy to use from start to finish. Additionally, the grip and surface area afforded by these snowshoes does the job well. I have little doubt these will perform in deep pack and drifts after the heaviest winter storms. As a man of somewhat average height and build, I went with the 25” shoes. They seem just about right for my needs. Going up to the 30” certainly would have been overkill, and the 25” permits enough utility without excess (or making it feel like trying to walk on skis). My only real concern about these snowshoes is regarding plastic used in the product. The plastic doesn’t have much give to it, and it feels somewhat thin in places. The only way I can describe it is that the plastic feels like the type that gets fragile in extreme cold… the kind that likes to break in such conditions (think, five gallon bucket style plastic). This has me a bit concerned about using these shoes when the winter weather gets real in my neck of the woods (below zero F is relatively normal). Time will tell on that front, but I won’t be shocked if a part of these snowshoes cracks or chips in such conditions. Overall, this is a solid product that approaches or meets many of the features associated with snowshoes at a much higher price point. While the durability of the plastic does present some concern, I’m sure I will get plenty of use out of the G2 shoes in the winters to come. 4/5 stars, overall. Pretty nice pair of snow shoes. It's quick and easy to put on. It took a few minutes, but they were easy to walk in. Walking in powder snow was ok, but I expected that. Glad I got these!
