Awesome! Works great! No complaints! This was my first ever embroidery project so I have nothing to compare this product to- however- I had 0 issues even as a beginner. It performed as expected. It is sticky but not overly sticky. I used it on a handknit acrylic sweater that I made myself. I was initially concerned that it would pull on the fibers and cause pilling or snags, but it performed well! It rinsed off with cool water just as the instructions said. My sweater was slightly sticky/tacky where the stabilizer was, but I was able to wash it and it was perfectly fine. I only wish I had purchased the larger pack because I will be ordering more. Great price, great value. True to size. I printed a name using an eco tank printer; I had no issues using the stabilizer in my printer. One thing to note-the ink didn’t completely absorb/dry into the stabilizer, I got some ink on my embroidery while working. However it easily washed out. (Maybe give it overnight to fully dry before working.) Also- if you’re not using the full sheet, cut only what you need and save the scrap for later. I used the full sheet even though I only needed half. Ease of use: 5/5; durability 5/5- held up great while working. I made several mistakes that I needed to pick out, and it was fine. Appearance: as expected. Versatility: I only used it for the intended purpose and liked that I could print on it.

This wash-away embroidery stabilizer worked great for my embroidery projects. The self-adhesive backing holds fabric securely in place, making it much easier to position designs accurately for both hand and machine embroidery. I especially liked that it is printable, which made transferring designs quick and convenient. The sheets fed through my printer without issues, and the printed designs were clear and easy to follow. Once the project was finished, the stabilizer dissolved easily in water without leaving behind residue or affecting the fabric. The quality was consistent across all sheets, and the adhesive was strong enough to stay in place during stitching. Overall, this is a very useful product for embroidery enthusiasts and crafters. It simplifies the process and delivers reliable results. Highly recommended!

This worked perfectly for Sashiko embroidery on my delicate raw silk tunic and pants set! There is a little sticky residue after two rinses as others have noted. There was absolutely no color transfer on the fabric from the inkjet printed image. Highly recommend this!

Sticky Residue Fix I bought a package of this in 2025 and it worked like a dream. Unfortunately, I reordered it in July 2026 and made the mistake of assuming it would work the same as before. I was horrified when my entire piece was ruined as I tried to wash away the stabilizer. Instead of dissolving it turned into a horrible sticky gluey gum. I rinsed and soaked it repeatedly and almost gave up. Since the embroidery and fabric were already ruined I decided to try adding about a cup of plain white vinegar to about a gallon of cool water and soaked it for a couple of hours. Then while the fabric was still wet I tried to pull up the residue using packing tape and it actually worked. The residue stuck to the sticky side of the tape. I ended up switching to contact paper instead of tape because it was easier to cover a larger surface area at once. While my embroidery was still wet with vinegar water mixture I covered it with contact paper and worked very quickly to rub over the residue and then immediately pulled like ripping off a bandaid. I had to repeat several times but 90% of the residue released onto the contact paper. I had to work fast because when contact paper (or tape) became damp it didn’t work as well. Hope this might help somebody else. I won’t buy this brand again, but BEWARE, I would highly suggest testing the stabilizer on your fabric BEFORE embroidering.

I'm hand embroidering sweatshirt for my wedding and doing our wedding logo which would just be so hard to do without these. With these, i put it in the printer, the logo stays in place and it washes off so easily. It's like doing a beginner embroidery project. 10/10 recommend

I recently used this water-soluble stabilizer for a few embroidery projects, and overall, I am very satisfied with the results. Have to admit I was a skeptic on using something like this. I've always just had patterns or freehanded things when I embroidered but after using this for the first time I am sold! I was able to print the font I like and the flowers I wanted to replicate. It easily stayed on the material as I sewed- so durable!- and came off with ease - just melted away in my hands and warm water! I love this and can't wait to try new things. My embroidery time became even more fun 😁
