Description
Last minute cake decorating needs. We created the tea cup with chocolate. The saucer, key, roses, spider, leaves, playing cards, scrollwork, and frames are fondant. It has a biscuit base and a light chocolate sauce. We used food dusting powders mixed with vodka to paint on the cameos. We made cookie dough, topped with chocolate. The trick is to bake the cookies in the mold to keep their shape and detail. More products you may also like!

Perfect Results Every Time
Color: Frames with Cameo
If you are new to fondant molds, welcome. You'll wonder what took you so long to get here. I am a food blogger (Cookies for England), and I purchased these fondant molds to make special birthday cookies for a friend who wanted elegant tea cookies. The results were amazing-- elegant, high end looking jewelry that was edible (and in our color scheme!). When using fondant molds make sure to first wash and dry them thoroughly (water will keep the fondant sticky and unable to come out of the mold properly). If you are in a hurry (as I was), use a hairdryer on cool to make sure you get all the moisture out of the nooks and crannies before using. Dust your mold with a little cornstarch on a paintbrush before applying your fondant. This helps the shape to slip out easily and not stick to the mold. You can also paint your finished shapes with gold or silver luster dust (I dilute with a drop or two of vodka to "paint" the color on-- alcohol evaporates off the cookie as it dries) to make these pieces really shine (literally). Overall just a wonderful addition to my cookie decorating repertoire. I recommend them highly! :)

very nice detail pieces, bit tricky to use but solve it here is the trick

The smallest molds with a lot of details are a little bit difficult to use at the beggining if you are trying to get out the piece while its fresh. But I found a trick that made it so easier to use any of it. Just before you start filling the mold spray a little of canola oil (PAM) or any brand you use for cooking in your home and it will work amazing just remember a little spray not to much. The finished result is great I used it for my dining room and they look great I attached some pics so you can see last result .
