People I work with have Marvel Funko Pop figurines, or monsters, or other sci-fi or fantasy. I have Bob Ross. Because how can you not? It just means someone will say, "what's that?" and I'll say, "there are no mistakes - only happy accidents". Or, "let's put a happy little tree there because it's our world". And because we were trying to remember the colors (titanium white, van dyke brown, lizard crimson) (I know it's not really lizard, but really, isn't that what you heard when you watched Joy of Painting?) we googled "Bob Ross Paints" and that brought up a bunch of images of his palette. Figure arrived with no damage to box or contents. Though I do admittedly husband and I donโ€™t collect PoPs for possible monetization later on. I have over a 100 Funko-Pops in my collection, and this was certainly a welcomed addition into it. Everyone needs a little reminder from good old Bob every once and a while to stay happy and realize that there are no mistakes, only happy little accidents, and this pop is a really good reminder. I was searching through the Amazon webpages - and there he was; staring back at me with his cute little art palette and big ole Afro! Of course, he had to come and live with me. I also sent a duplicate of him to live with our grownup daughter - an even bigger fan. This evokes such memories of our family watching Mr. Ross on PBS - day after day painting happy little trees and lazy little clouds - never making mistakes, only happy accidents. I Love my little Bob! I have him on a shelf in my room with a mini canvas and easel display. I followed one of his tutorials on YouTube so he could be displayed with his own mini painting. I want to follow more tutorials and have a mini Bob Ross art collection to switch it up, and display with him. Super fun and adorable to look at. You can get the little canvases and easels at Walmart in the art section, a super cheap way to make a Happy little display. ... show more
