I definitely could have gone with a medium instead. ✔️ Easy to adjust – I took the skirt in by almost 3” on each side. The jacket was a little big, but the belt helped cinch it in nicely. ✔️ Hat actually stays on! – Unlike many costume hats, this one fit great. I got so many compliments. For $36 such a steal! I did use my Grandfather’s real WW2 hat, and went to Ross and got a cream button up. Also turned an old belt into a tie. Really pulled it all together. It didn’t seem as see through as other’s stated. But I wore nude pantyhose with an inexpensive Target shape wear over. I’m 5”3, 128ish lb , 32/B bra size. If you are a true size 2-4 go with the small! Also I used a Bobby pin to keep the extra belt from dangling, and poked an extra hole to make it tighter. But VERY happy with this purchase!!

While the costume looks cute, the fabric is incredibly see-through despite it being dark green. The skirt seam came in completely ripped down the side and I’ll have to sow it to be ready for the costume party I intend to wear it to. $42 is absolutely ridiculous for the quality of fabric you get. Do not recommend at all.
