This was perfect for what I was looking for. I am a major Ranger's Apprentice fan and I got this to LARP (Live action role play). It fit perfectly and I am rather happy about the quality. The only downside is that the material is rather thin, but I didn't expect it to be thick. I use this outside in the wilderness and it was cold, but I just asked my grandmother to sew a warm, thick liner into it, and all was good. It would be perfect if you were to be inside whilst wearing this. What I was really happy about is that the material in the hood is thinner than the rest of the cloak, but that works to intimidate people because I can hide my head in the cowl of my cloak and still see through, thought to other people it appears as if my eyes are covered.

I didn't have high hopes for this cloak but I needed one desperately for a party I was going to. It was thinner material than I expected, it's definitely not made for keeping warmth, but good for the price. If you're going to a party as an elf from lord of the rings, this one isn't bad.

The blue is way darker than the listed picture. It’s actually royal blue and not the lighter blue so of course now it will not work for what I need it for. It’s extremely cheap material and not the satin material it should be. Don’t waste your money, you could get the same thing at Walmart for cheaper.
