I have to say, I was extremely wary but decided to give them a chance because of the reviews and I am so glad I did. I usually wear Jockey French Cut Cotton panties. But they aren't nearly as well designed or comfortable to wear, roll down at the waist band and are expensive (relatively) and they get misshappen and baggy as time goes on. As I've worn Jockey Elance for years but I don't like them. I decided to explore different options. I ordered these and some Annyison Women’s Cotton Underwear, High Waist that had excellent reviews from Amazon and got them at the same time. I've now worn both of them and washed them too. 1.These have a more comfortable fit. In fact they are the most comfortable underwear I've worn. The Annyison are much better than the Jockey. Still, they do ride up on the back cheeks so that's a big problem. 2. These have poorer quality control. The FOL underwear did not have consistent fit. Some were noticeably tighter and some looser. Annyison are very consistent in sizing and the fabric is better quality. So that's a big flaw with these. 3. The waist band on both is very good. But Annyison edge out the FOL but only a bit. One of the problems I have with the Jockey is that I have a belly and they always slide or roll down. These don't. They stay put. 4. Annyison look better on than the FOL. But I value comfort over style. If these had the same consistent sizing and the fabric of the Annyison I would prefer them. But the fabric issues means that I'm not sure how they'll wear over time. And quality is second only to comfort. ... show more
