I couldn’t be happier with these sweatpants! At first, I was hesitant but after wearing them, I can confidently say they are worth every penny. These are some of the most comfortable sweatpants I’ve ever owned. The quality is fantastic—soft, durable, and versatile enough for everything from lounging on the couch to hitting the gym or even taking out the trash. I was initially worried about the fit, but they turned out to be perfect. Even after the first wash, the shrinkage was minimal, and they bounced right back to their original shape. The elastic bottoms and the addition of pockets are great features that make them even more practical. I’m so satisfied with the quality that I’m planning to buy a few more pairs before they sell out. If you’re looking for sweatpants that combine comfort, quality, and style, these are it! Comfortable and light, warm enough but not as thick as I’d like for sweatpants. The tightening strap is a single, connected string which is annoying to tighten. But for the price they’re great. I’m 6’2” with 32-34” waist, and have long legs and they fit lengthwise and width wise quite well.

So, a few years ago I purchased a new set of Fruit of the Loom sweatpants and I was soooo disappointed. I order Men’s Large because I want a very roomy fit and pockets. Boy oh boy was I disappointed! This was a few years ago but here’s a quick recap. I ordered three pairs of Men’s Large and one pair fit like it was supposed to, one pair was too fitted in the tush area (I order big because I want baggy) and the third pair had such a short crotch that I could only wear them as hip huggers which makes them very uncomfortable. I hesitated to wear them to the gym for fear of bending over and someone mistaking me for a plumber (if you know what I mean 😊!) . . . Anyway, I don’t put my clothes thru the dryer (since my dryer broke) and one pair even split at the side seam just above the pocket. So, I swore I would never buy FOTL sweatpants again. Fast forward a few years later and guess what I did? Yup – I bought three new pair and much to my surprise, these are all sized the same, are roomy & comfortable and most importantly, have adequate crotch length. Maybe I just had a bad batch last time but it was ridiculous. I’m satisfied with this new batch but my one observation is the tush area isn’t as generously proportioned as it used to be but the sweatpants are very comfortable nonetheless. They have a drawstring waist so there is plenty of girth, wash up beautifully and have elastic at the ankle so no riding up the leg. They are also super soft. Would I buy them again, yes! But I plan to keep these for a few more years if they are as durable as their predecessors.

I recently purchased these sweatpants, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations right out of the packaging! They are incredibly soft and super lightweight, making them the perfect choice for lounging around the house all day or running errands. While they do have a slightly baggy fit, that’s exactly what I was looking for—plenty of room for comfort! The pockets are also spacious, providing ample storage for my phone and keys. Overall, these sweatpants combine comfort and functionality seamlessly, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It's winter now, and I hibernate this time of year... So, I really wanted some nice thick and comfy pants to wear around the house. I wasn't sure which pair to get after looking at tons of pants online, so I got these, and I am very pleased with them. They are perfect for doing things around the house, and yes, you could wear them anywhere. They are good quality, and the elastic around the waist and ankles is comfortable. It's thick enough without being too hot, just nice and cozy. They are helpful when picking things up, getting up and down, and you can nap in them, too. They are very cozy, with nice deep pockets, and I am loving them right now. I am 5'5", 180 pounds, and got the XXL. I love them.

These pants appear to be well-made: The fabric is soft and appears to be of good quality. They washed (in cold water), and dried fine. They're fairly warm, although one would not want to go out into snow with them. The worst thing about them is the fit: I purchased a M for my friend which were too big. I then purchased the S, and again too big. He's not a large person, but I guess you would have to buy from the teen boys' department to get a Small that fits. The pockets (which I think most men prefer having pockets), are of average depth. The drawstring I thought is kind of strange in that it is a continuous piece - not a piece with two ends to tie together; also it's inside the pants which is a preference for some. The pockets do cause the pants to poonch out around the belly, but I don't think that's a game-changer with these because they don't appear to be intended for wearing to dress-up. Ultimately, they seem to be a good buy because Fruit of the Loom has always made quality products, and I think the price is so low because I don't think they will be offering this line of apparel anymore. I would say "buy" if you just want knock-abouts because the price is so good.

Usually my husband’s go to for sweats he prefers the elastic bottoms with drawstring waist and sometimes they are harder to find. Unfortunately this brand usually has flimsy pockets and always without fail rip at the seems. But my husband’s always putting tools or heavy stuff in his pockets so I don’t expect them to last. But the material on the sweats themselves really last a long while. He did have to go up a size larger than usual this time. Not sure if that is due to a bigger tummy or if they changed their sizing. 🤭
