This book made such an impact on me! I have been in education for almost 20 years and have read numerous books an attended many professional development sessions. It is for me to come across something that wows me! I have been talking about this book with my staff the throughout its entirety, I have been quoting excerpts in my weekly staff updates, and I now have a vision board of improvements for my Childcare Center! The authors obviously have extensive childcare and childcare center management experience. The book is full of excellent advice that is time-tested and easy to implement. Before finishing the book I was already adopting their methods and seeing changes in my own personal time management and relationships with staff and parents. Highly recommended book. From Directors to directors in trainings this has the best advice to be given.
