Smells like Liquid Brun. Does it smell like Althair? Yeah, but it’s not the same. Very similar, but different. Althair is a touch sweeter, more natural smelling, lighter, airier, more transparent. Brun is more opaque, more synthetic, not as bright, more linear, but great for what you pay. It lasts a long time, all day. This is my second bottle. The difference between limited edition and regular Brun is this one is a bit stronger and brighter. Limited does smell a bit better, but doesn’t smell any closer to Althair, just more Brun. I own Althair and it smells amazing, so does Brun. You can’t go wrong here, you’re getting 85-90 percent of the OG. Caveat, I’m an amateur perfumer. I smell the dihydromyrcenol in Brun that gives it that lift and push. Althair is blended more masterfully and you don’t notice that, but it’s also weaker than Brun. ... show more

5 stars. This is a really good fragrance and easy to like. I still prefer the regular Liquid Brun, but this limited edition is a nice variation and stands well on its own. It keeps that warm, sweet, slightly woody profile, but feels a bit different in how it develops on skin. The scent is smooth and well blended, and it definitely gets attention. I received several compliments wearing it. Performance is solid, with good longevity and a noticeable but not overwhelming projection. It works well for evenings or cooler days. If you already like Liquid Brun, this is worth trying as a variation. If not, it is still a strong option on its own. ... show more

This might be the best cologne I’ve purchased and I purchased 16 in the last five weeks. I haven’t smelled nothing like this before in my life. It smells like a $450 cologne. It’s extremely rich. It is masculine and it does last a long time, but I’m gonna wait until the winter time cause I don’t want it to evaporate in the summer, but it lasts on my clothes for a very long time. This cologne is a hard pass for me! 🤢 The scent is overwhelmingly strong and has an unpleasant, almost medicinal iodine smell that lingers way too long. I even tried showering multiple times to get it off! 🚿 For $40, it's a huge disappointment, especially when you can get something like Dolce & Gabbana The One EDT for just a bit more and it's a completely different league. This synthetic "man" smell is just not it.
