I had a great ride on my new Rocky Pro. Plenty of hill climbing power fits me perfect. I am 5'1" sometimes it's hard to find a bike to fit . During shipping the forks were broke . I talked to one of the company representative Carl. He was extremely helpful. He sent a new fork . and made sure everything was okay. He helped me through getting it turned on . I was very impressed with Carl. Great customer service. I rode it 55 miles today. Rode in 2 and 3. Love it .

dislike that the twist throttle devise was not included in shipment, but upon inquiring seller by email they stated that currently it was not stock but would ship it in about a week. Fits my 5-7 height in the mid range adjustable adjustments. What I like is that the pedals and seat get the proper angle, on some of my other ebikes the pedals feel too far back. The freesky 1200 is a fine ebike I have rode about 35 miles. So far so good, would buy it again.

Husband here... my wife loves the bike, we only had two complaints. First, assembly was easy enough but I've worked on bikes a lot. The overall build quality is very good. It includes a really nice custom tool kit. Complaints... #1 They were out of the rear rack when we ordered it but they did not tell us that. We had to email them at which time they informed us it would be a couple of weeks until they got more in. Almost 3 weeks later it arrived. #2 The card swipe to unlock it is very finicky and sometimes takes 4 or 5 tries to get it to work.

First of all, the bikes ship very quickly, packaged very well, and customer service is exactly what we’d all wish for in every company. Easily built, these bikes are very well made. Beautiful paint, components are not cheap parts, and a smooth solid ride. Zippy fast, so watch out. Peddle assist 1 is enough for most rides. We just cruise. We got two wild cats, but realized it was much too big for the misses. No problems returning and getting the smaller Rocky pro. Glad we did. A great bike for someone smaller. She’s 5’2, I’m 6’2. Both are sized perfectly for each of us. We haven’t rode far enough to challenge the battery life, but I’m sure they are ample enough for long rides. We love them, and highly recommend this company…

I heard a slight grinding noise since new, I’m at 200 miles and suddenly it got much louder. It appears to be the front wheel bearings. I filed a warranty claim on the Freesky website, Would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to file a claim, Bike is awesome, exactly what I wanted. Pedal assist 5 downhill = 35mph, 30mph on a flat! Would like pedal assist 1 to be around 5 mph but it is around 9.5mph. Happy with the purchase. UPDATE: seller sent replacement bearings, 5 stars.

I bought the rocky for my wife.She tried a full size E bike and found it was a little too big and heavy.I ran across this on amazon and checked it out on you tube.It looked like a solid build.The packaging was great.The bike was in great shape.I test drove it and found this thing has excellent torque out of the hole.We did a little trail riding through the woods a couple times she handled it nice nothing extreme but a easy ride.The rear and front suspension handled it fine.She has a couple hundred miles on it now and every thing is great. The paths we've been riding mixed moderate hills,bike paths and street she gets about 40 miles on a charge.She usually doesnt use above level 2 because this thing can push 30 or better on 5.The brake light is a nice feature and the headlight looks pretty cool.Would I buy it again?Yes.
