This bike is a monster. So much power. It is very fast. Easily cruise at 35MPH. Customer service is great. When I ordered. They were out of the twist throttle. I received the bike with thumb throttle. Horlan from customer service assured me they would send the twist throttle as soon as it was back in stock. It arrived with all the necessary hardware. Horlan stayed in contact the whole way. While this bike has full suspension. I would not say it is suitable for serious gnarly mountain trails. It is at home on the pavement, and dirt roads. The battery has tons of capacity. I will update when I get the range. The battery seems to last forever! FREESKY❤ is a great buy!

I purchased two Freesky Alaska bikes about a month ago. I don’t write many reviews but this is worth 5 stars for sure. Bikes came on time and assembled with my wife in one hour total. Was in contact with support even before purchase. Horlan and the team contacted me by text within 24 hours on every question or concern we had. They always had a helpful answer and followed up to verify results. These bikes are absolutely amazing! Fun, solid, fast and smooth. Everything works better than expected. The are as advertised heavy and tall. Picture does no justice. If you are concerned about mounting due to height and weight I would suggest researching one of the other more step through models. Wife is 5’8” and her inseam barely lets her stand over the main bar. That said stick with Freesky! We get more looks and questions about these than I do my Harley. Fit and finish is perfect. You will need a heavy rack. We went with the Black Widow dual bike. Has 600 lb rated weight capacity. But these loaded are 110 each for sure. The just ride so nice that it is worth having some wiggle room. If you have nicer e-bikes than this you spent $5K for sure. Super appreciate the sales and support team for their help. We are having a blast so far. Thanks WD

Has tons of power and comfortable ride. Pedal assist could be better though. At top speed of 32MPH on flat land, pedaling requires little effort. Also, You'll need to replace the tires with thicker tires. I got 3 flats on the back tire within the first few rides. Those adjustments aside, I really love riding this bike, great display of speed and battery life. Comfortable seat and nice upright position.

I owned a motorcycle shop that did framework, motor building and machine work. So I think I'm knowledgeable enough to give you my honest opinion on this bike. The frame and the welding is impeccable. All the components are pretty much top-notch and works very well. I did compare it with another bike that my friend bought and this one is far beyond what I expected. I did have a problem with the controller but I contacted a representative and he sent me another one with no problem and it was easy to install. So I would say the customer service is excellent as the bike is also. Don't have too many miles on it right now but if something were to go awry I will edit my review. There's not much more I can say about the bike except that the workmanship is really excellent so don't hesitate if you're looking for a really good e-bike.

This is my second Freesky e-bike. I bought one for my wife last year, and I got so jealous I bought one for me. It’s a great looking bike, rides smooth, and has the battery strength and endurance to tackle my commute around Lake Tahoe. I like the different pedal assist modes to get in a workout, or I can use the throttle to zip around on. It’s a fun ride.

Hooked up My Speaker perfectly wt PH holder and Switched up the Tan wall Tires for the road. She's a beast got it up to 40+MPH on a slight decline and 37-38MPH on flat! Gonna see how far i can go on a single Charge! Very well built Machine! Thank you Horlan for your customer service as well!

I purchased this eBike five months ago and have been riding it at least 50 miles a week since then. This eBike is an absolute powerhouse! The 1000W motor is incredibly powerful, and the battery range is fantastic. I've completed 50-mile rides and still had 1 to 2 bars left on the battery indicator (out of 5). When the kickstand broke, I contacted the seller, who responded immediately and sent me a replacement kickstand for free via USPS. He also offered me a great deal on batteries, although I don't need them right now. A friend of mine owns an eBike that costs twice as much, but I prefer mine by a long shot in terms of range, overall build quality, and performance. Amazing deal !

I've been looking for a ebike for a long time I ordered thie alaska because of the dual batteries and the range it appeared better than most so I decided to get it ordering and delivery was very easy I got the bike a week after ordering when I got the bike in I opened the box and everything was packaged very well and secure when I unpacked the bike it was a beautiful bike it far exceeded what I was expecting it assembled very quickly it was very easy to assemble and everything fit and worked properly right out of the box the first time i took it for a ride it rode great and was very fast the fastest I got it to go was 41.4 mph otherwise I usually average about 36mph this bike is great I'm really enjoying it I would definately buy another one and we did I bought a rocky pro for my mother and she loves it great job freesky
