Disclaimer: This is not a paid or even prompted review. So I needed a pair of lightweight hiking boots for training and I waited until the last minute. The boots at the retail store and the ones "military-rated/brand" were easily $100+, so I took a gamble. I gave one star for the shoe because it was AFFORDABLE! This shoe earned another star due to its QUICK and TIMELY delivery. Another two stars came from the fact that I slid my foot in the shoe and the cushion didn't hurt my arches and I didn't need to break in the shoes at all!! Finally, this product is advertised as waterproof. Usually, that means it's splashproof, but I was hiking off-trail mountains (thank God for the traction) and crossing damp mud, wet rocks, and sometimes even stepping in puddles. The water did not penetrate my socks except for when I stood in a river for several moments and I think the majority of it soaking my socks was from my pants dripping. Con: The ankle part did sometimes dig in, but I am extremely bony and it didn't happen often. TLDR: comfortable, lightweight, waterproof hiking boots with great traction and grip, better than advertised.

WIDE is "actually" wide enough for my feet and fat toes to fit comfortably. Soft sole with good grip. Waterproof 2/3 way up, leaks at upper part of tongue (approx 5.5" from bottom of sole). Very LIGHTWEIGHT, seem durable after 2 weeks of use and look nice enough to wear out. Upper eyelets are loops, not hooks => no catching/snagging

I put these to the test! I wore them out for a property inspection were I had to get on a metal roof with a 5/12 slope. These boots just gripped the metal and I felt more stable than I ever had. The size runs true and the cushion of the soles are simply amazing. I have found a brand that I will definitely recommend and buy again.

These boots looked to be made fine. They were, however, far too slim for my wide foot to comfortably fit for more than a couple minutes. Returned.

Bought these for hiking around and like work. They seem to be holding up and doing just fine. Definitely not waterproof, more like water resistant. Walking through wet grass for too long will get your feet wet. The insoles are removable which is great because the got beat down pretty fast and I added some nicer ones and they are much more comfy. Definitely not the boot to buy if you are working construction and looking for a work boot. But all in all they are pretty decent for what they are. Lightweight, comfortable, decently durable, not bad price

The light duty boots fit perfectly, both the foot and the shaft. I require a true wide width and they came through. Comfortable boots also provide support. Lightweight! Makes for easy hiking. Traditional styling is pleasing. Kudos. I'm shopping with them again.
