I was looking for a less expensive boot I could wear and get for my crew for my home services business. We are frequently wet and I need a comfortable waterproof boot. I was wearing Salomon boots but they broke down WAY to quick on the job for $200 a pop. I ordered these boots based on the reviews and decided I had nothing to lose at $60 per pair. Pros: Price - great overall boot at an extremely reasonable price No break in period - comfortable to wear right out of the box Warm - a little too warm for summer but moister wicking socks help Metal shoe lace grommets - No stupid fabric grommets to wear away or tear Good sole grip Extremely comfortable! Cons: Waterproofish - I'd call these primarily water resistant, not water proof. Great temporary protection from water but not from extended exposure to water ie heavy rain, pressure washing etc. No Toe Protection - my number one complaint and reason for the loss of a star. I kneel a lot in my line of work with my toes toward the ground. The lack of toe protection ended up with my toes raw when wearing. If this one thing was changed they would be my forever go to boot. However, because of this, I only wear them under certain conditions. For a general purpose boot - overall a great buy.

I really like these boots I just wish they held up better than this for the price. I've gotten 3 pairs of them over the last 2 years and I'm not sure if they are worth it. If the company sent me a pair to replace these ones then I would say they are worth it. They are comfortable and the size was perfect, it's just the stitching one the one sides are weak. Thank you

I am a mail lady and these boots kept my feet dry during the rain and they were comfortable to wear long periods. The only thing that I didn't like is the high top rubbed against my ankle int they were broken in.

When I found this product I was looking for a boot I can use for snowshoeing. This one has all the features I need for snowshoeing. Which are, it must cover the ankle, insulation, water proof, and durable. If you add comfort to my list the answer is this boot. The night after I received them my area received a snowstorm. It happened to be Sunday morning and snow plows were struggling to keep up. These boots have a polished finish, and wanting to keep my feet dry I wore them to Church. True story! I pulled into the parking lot and stepped out into a puddle that covered my ankle. My feet remained warm and dry. I recommend this make and model.
