Use these for construction. Laying flooring, building decks, hiking, rain, snow everything. I have had these for 1 1/2 years now and just bought another pair. I would say they were worth the 60 bucks. They are waterproof, but because of that they are not the most breathable shoe out there. The breathability factor is the only reason I contemplated getting a different shoe but looking back at my purchase history and realizing that I have had them for a year and a half, and still working in them got me back on board. I use to wear Ariats, and the last pair that I got my toes were sticking out the side within a month. I give three to four stars for comfortably, 3 stars for breathability but they are waterproof, and 5 stars for reliability. All in all worth the 60 bucks out of me. ... show more

Been wearing these for around a week and I LOVE them. For the price you truly can’t beat the quality and comfort. I purchased one size larger than my usual size because the last pair of hiking boots I ordered off of Amazon were too tight at my usual size, and I think I made the right decision. I got the brown version and have got several compliments stating how good they look. I hit them with scotch guard to protect them while I work (I get pretty dirty sometimes in my job), and they seem to have a really nice quality about them. The boot looks great and rugged however I've worn them probably about 10 times! Each time for at least a full day "8 hours" and honestly the soles are already wearing flat. Soles have little nubbs throughout the sole. The heels of both left and right foot are worn flat as well as the balls of the boot area. I don't recommend! Boot should be called "Fake Soldier" instead of "Free Soldier" ... show more
