  • A great option!
Color: Deep Black Size: 13
I wanted to give this a longer term review, instead of straight from the box. I purchased a pair of these boots back in June of 2023. They were my everyday, everywhere footwear for almost 2 years. To work or play, rain, shine or snow. I have finally ordered my second pair in July of 2025. They have held up remarkably well, with in insoles having to be replaced roughly 9 months after initial purchase, and those being replaced almost a year later. The tread has finally worn smooth, and the right boot developed a tear (probably from all the use), near the toe joint. They are not water proof, but they do offer great support, a good fit and have survived for a little over two years, in just about every element nature can provide. I recommend these boots for anyone looking for a durable, and affordable set of boots to wear. ... show more

  • Really great quality, for a really low price.
Color: Dark Brown Size: 12
I am a UPS driver. I walk 20,000 to 25,000 steps per day. It is really hard to find shoes that can survive the abuse my job puts on them. I recently decided to switch from normal walking shoes to boots because I have bad ankles. I am always scared to spend too much on shoes, because I have never found any shoe, at any price, that lasted more than six months. The last pair of boots I had were twice the price of these ones, and the entire sole peeled off after 3 weeks, but these had good reviews, and were very reasonably priced, so I decided to give them a go. (The dark brown ones). Straight out of the box they were probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. I thought I was going to have to break them in for a while, but that was no problem. Also, the ankle support is superb. After a month, or two, each shoe started to show a small gap between the sole and the shoe near the ball of my foot. But I put a tiny bit of shoe glue in there, and it hasn't been a problem again. Right now, I have been wearing them every day for 3 months (or at least 1.3 Million steps), and they seem like they will probably make it another 3, at least. That's probably about as much as you can reasonably ask for boots that were under $70. One other note: they are supposed to be waterproof, but I haven't really had a chance to test that out here through the bone-dry, Salt Lake City summer months. But if they last into the winter, I will give an update on that. Update: The total durability wound up being about 7-8 months, or about 3 million steps. And, even at seven months they were still waterproof. They could have probably gone another month even, but the soles were getting pretty thin, and I decided to get a new pair for winter. I ended up getting the dark black this time, which seems to hold up better in terms of appearance. They were not as comfortable, out of the box, as the dark brown ones were, but still pretty comfortable, and broke in quickly. Also, whereas the brown ones seemed very breathable, and cool; the black ones seem to be much warmer, so they work out better for the cold weather, and snow. ... show more

  • Good General Work Boots
Color: Bright Tan Size: 10.5
So... while I may have been looking for a Steel Toe or Hardened Plastic Toe, this pair of boots does pretty well on keeping me comfortable during hard work days. They STAY on my feet. They've a decent durability, and the leather keeps things OUT. And I put these boots through HELL and back in my workplaces, excepting that I NEVER let anything heavy LAND on my toes. Again, these are SOFT TOED BOOTS, not Steel Toed or otherwise. Heel support is middling, as a person with bad knees, I've had to stand for hours at a time, and these don't have "superb" heel support, but they do give a fair amount... although they also don't give very much in the way of arch support. As for Ease of Use... well, you'll have to be careful, because getting into and out of them is a mixed bag, as once you've tightened the strings and knotted them, they are NOT coming off. After a long day, or lengthy work between breaks, when you want them OFF, they are a PAIN to get off, for some reason this is always my left foot that gets stuck at the ankle trying to pull it off... If you're in a similar field of work like I am, working either construction or some such, these may not be the best, and they make your feet sweat like hell, no matter the sock type, and i've got several different sock types, of which you'll want LONG socks, at least 3/4ths up your shin length, before putting these boots on, to keep from chaffing your shins, heels, and all. When moving around, these boots do give you some decent support, and protect your feet nicely, and they don't feel bad after walking around for hours. Experience: Spent a few shifts walking around for five hours at a time, and didn't get any foot pain from them. If these last another two years or more, I'll be pleased with the money I spent on these boots. TIP: if you're in the South, or an area that gets a LOT of sunlight and heat? GET THE BEIGE OR LIGHTER COLORS. NEVER wear black on those hot summer days! ... show more

  • Quality boot well worth the money!
Color: Dark Brown Size: 8.5
I bought my first pair (on right)of theses 13 months ago. I have worn the living crap out of them. In the snow, mud, dirt, rocks, and through shallow creeks. My boots usually don't make it 6-8 months before the sole start separating or seams start coming apart, but these, wow just wow! They are very much still intact. The soles are getting thin, but they are still wearable. They're comfortable, light weight, extremely durable. I liked them so much I bought 2 more pair, because it seems like when I find a really good product, they discontinue making it. I've had tac boots that cost 3 times as much that didn't last half as long. Update : Just got back from a public land elk hunting trip. The Irish setter boots I took out there to hunt in started coming apart after 30 some miles of hiking in 2 days. I wore these the rest of the trip and put about 65 miles on them in the next 6 days. They held up perfectly. Although the foot bed wasn't as comfortable as the setters, they did the job. Thankful it never got super cold though as these are not insulated. ... show more
