We ordered 3 of these to upgrade our bathrooms. They look great. The hardest part of installation is removing the old faucets and drain stops. The actual installation of these new faucets took less than 1/2 hour each. Water flow is much better with these faucets compared to the old ones.

Very nice faucet I really like the water flow and design. Install was super easy! The pop drain seals good too. I did have to get longer water lines because the ones that came with it were short for my standard vanity but the customer service from seller was great and had good communication to fix my small issue! I love the look of this faucet and the pressure is great (even the contractor who installed it said the pressure is a lot better than most similar styles he has seen). It does get water marks easily, but is easily wiped off. As other reviews state, it is very loud when it is running. Sounds like some commercial grade faucets I've seen in stores or restaurants. The pop up drain works well, but the insert can be very easily removed. Overall, I'd recommend as long as you don't mind the noise. UPDATE: After Fransiton saw my review they reached out to me and requested videos of the faucet to determine if it was defective. It was found that this was the case. They were quite generous in making sure I was satisfied with their service and resolution of the issue. Five stars for customer service! ... show more

We were changing out the bathroom faucet and thought this would be a nice modern upgrade. It just didn't go with the sink we had and just became an eye sore. We also kept getting splashed when turning on full blast but I don't think that was the faucet, I think it was the position of the faucet to the shape of the sink that didn't really go together.
