My 7 year old used this bat twice before it got a huge dent from hitting soft baseballs but I emailed Franklin and they replaced the bat within 3 days free of charge. The new bat has been great, no denting issues and feels more solid then the original one received and the logo is a little bigger too. Even though the first one easily dented I am rating this bat full stars because of my experience with the replacement. I purchased this for my 6 year old and so far its a great durable bat but we have has it for less than a year and the paint doesn't hold up well as its already chipping but that doesn't take away from the durability of the bat. Seemed like a great bat. We had the 26" option. We were doing coach pitch in the cage for my 6 year old and he hit the ball and the top plastic piece of the bat broke off. Only good thing was that my kid thought he was awesome for breaking his bat. Below is Franklin's warranty on their bats, notice they only have a 90 day warranty and it does not cover Tball bats. This is copied directly from Franklin's warranty page.. Under this limited warranty, Franklin Sports, Inc. (“Franklin”) will provide a one-time repair or replacement of your non-wood youth bat within one (1) year from date of purchase for the following conditions resulting from normal use: (1) severe denting; (2) structural cracking; (3) handle bending; or (4) broken end caps or knobs. If your bat experiences any of these conditions, you should immediately discontinue use of the bat and submit a warranty claim. Most other brands offer a 1 year warranty.
