My 7 year old used this bat twice before it got a huge dent from hitting soft baseballs but I emailed Franklin and they replaced the bat within 3 days free of charge. The new bat has been great, no denting issues and feels more solid then the original one received and the logo is a little bigger too. Even though the first one easily dented I am rating this bat full stars because of my experience with the replacement.
