Shoes are very pretty and looks comfortable but with inconsistent sizes. I ordered my usual size and needed to exchange for which was charged 18% restoking/damage fee even that I didn't even fit in them to try. Will not reorder for the correct size.

My husband comments that most flats are nice looking shoes and these look good! I like the grey-black multi pattern I purchased! There are expensive flats, and flats can look bad on feet with bunions, and add to aggravation of personal podiatry. These are cost effective rubber, nice looking and work well for social wear. These are an excellent low-cost choice! I returned the size 8 and kept size 8.5. These shoes run 'true to size' for me, with the comfy inserts provided. Nice touch. Even so, my larger foot and toes are not perfectly happy, a little tight with warmer feet. There is room to wiggle my toes comfortably. These are a little loose on my heels, but I have a wide toe box, flat feet (barefoot preferred), and thin heels. That breaks down the fit. For an evening party or nicer social event, these will be fine and certainly comfortable even without the inserts. As a packing item, definitely would slip in the crevasses of a carry-on. I will purchase other patterns/colors of this shoe.

I wear a size 7.5 and ordered 7.5. This shoe fit me comfortably without the heel slipping off. The insole offers cushioned stepping and there was no pain after wearing it for several hours. The shoe exceeded expectations and will easily slip into carry-on luggage for travel, light and small. They come with an extra pair of insoles as well. I am very happy with these shoes so far.

Very comfortable flat shoes... VERY wide foot friendly and breathable. I got my actual size 11 and even with my nails a bit long they are still comfortable enough to wear in office 8+ hours a day. Can easily slipon and off without touching them. They have a nice grip on the bottom (underneath the shoe), very sturdy and I felt supported. I wouldn't recommend wearing them on a wet rainy day because they don't repel water but I don't think they ever claimed to. I highly recommend and I am going to order a few more pairs. All the different colors are sooo cute. Oh and they come with an extra comfy insole (orange and grey)that you can add or wear without (black). Even without the extra insoles the original soles have a nice bit of cushion!!!

These shoes are very soft. In fact, the first day I wore them, I tripped because my foot slid halfway out of one of them. Be careful! They are very comfy but not safe if you're less than graceful. They are cute, though and I have gotten accustomed to walking more carefully when I wear them. There is no support in them. At all.

Purchased these because of the great reviews, and I’m not disappointed! I have always dealt with foot/ankle/Achilles problems, and in my opinion the best thing about these flats is that the insert is removable and you can put inserts in them as well. I wear 3/4 length inserts between the ones these shoes come with and the shoe itself, and they are the most comfortable flats I’ve ever worn! Red was a bonus because it is like a color pop, statement type shoe, and I’ve gotten many compliments on them. it rained today and so I got some mud on them, and I threw them in the wash with my kids stuff and they came out looking brand new, no separation or anything! I have a few other pair, but these red ones are definitely my favorite.
