UPDATE: I love these. After wearing them and many blisters later, they fit well and look so cute. I wear them all the time. I would say the sizing is off I usually wear a 7.5 and returned for a 7. Sometimes my heel slips out of one shoe. But I am going to purchase another pair with the studs. If you do purchase order 1/2 size smaller and have band-aids on hand. I bought these to replace my beloved previous pair — same brand, style, size, & color as this — that I had for years and wore out completely, I loved them so much. These shoes are not even close to the same as my previous pair: they look similar but are UNWEARABLE, they’re so uncomfortable. They’re too long by an inch and don’t fit even with insoles and heel pads. They run hard on my big toe like no shoes I’ve ever had so much I can’t wait to take them off. I’ve worn them five times now, hoping every time they’re a little more “broken in” but they have broken me. I’m tossing these out. ... show more

I love Franco Sarto shoes! Im usually a 7.5 in their shoes when Im always a size 8. Based on some of the reviews that they run small, I ordered my usual size 8 and they fit perfectly. Loved the style, felt great BUT the color and the pattern were a deal breaker for me. As you can see from the pic, the burgundy is more like a brown. I went as far as using diff rooms with diff lighting to see if they would look more burgundy but they didn’t. Asked my husband and my daughter - they said def’ly brown. Pretty bummed. I wasn’t crazy about the crinkle pattern either. My shoes also had some inexplicable tiny white dots (you can see them on the pic) but they are not really visible unless you look closely. I liked them that much that the dots didn’t bother me at all but the overall color did. Took two stars off for the color and unnecessary “wrinkly” pattern that doesn’t make them look more elegant… ... show more

It's true that these shoes run small and narrow. I bought my usual size 8 in a wide width. At first I thought no way am I going to be able to get my feet into these, but then I tried them with a thin pair of ankle socks. The shoes went on effortlessly! They're very cute shoes! 😍 I wore them to work w/ black leggings, an oversized black button down shirt (buttoned halfway up from the bottom) w/ a white tank underneath. I wore them w/ thin black ankle socks (over the leggings) The shoes really elevated the outfit. ✨️ I hope they hold up over time. I've read some of the other reviews that mention the sole comes apart. I won't have these shoes in heavy rotation, so maybe they'll last. 🤔 ... show more

FINALLY!! I have tried so many pairs of chunky loafers over the past several months and it's been infuriating because the sizes were off, the quality was terrible, or I would just slip out of them. I used to wear Franco Sardo decades ago and came across these loafers and had to buy them at this incredibly low price. Right out of the box they are comfortable, supportive, and sturdy, with NO heel slippage even in my bare feet . I would 10 out of 10 recommend these shoes and what an amazing price! ... show more

The shoes are very unique and they look even better in person. I bought a 1/2 size larger than what I usually wear and they are comfortable. After months of use, they have kept their shape and they don’t feel loose. My foot is wide, but this shoes look narrow, though they don’t feel uncomfortable.
