I purchased this dress for an event and didn't have much hope for it based on the price. Boy was I wrong! It fit like a glove, was surprising well made, a very comfortable! It felt very formal without looking cheap. The fabric was stretchy and hugged my body nicely without being too tight and looking tacky. For me, the only negative was the slit was very high. Like I was afraid I was going to flash somebody high! But some people are more comfortable with that than me, I imagine if you are good with a needle and thread, you could tighten it up a bit. But besides that, I loved the dress.

a no fuss, relaxed dress but still need to look appropriate for a formal event? This is your dress. Wear this to a wedding, a fundraiser, a soirée, it’ll be appropriate for almost anything. It’s a heavier material (not super thin or clingy) and it doesn’t wrinkle. You can wear a regular bra and the cut of the hem makes heels or flats an option. I didn’t have to worry abt hemming the length, or dealing with a strapless bra, or worrying abt the slit being too high, etc. it isn’t see through or skin tight. the pleating is forgiving and it’s a dress you can put on and forget abt (no strap issues or cleavage issues, no thigh slit concerns, etc. this is a no fuss no muss, nice dress. Need to get dressed up without a hassle? Toss it in your bag. You’re good to go.

The dress is nice. Made well I just didn’t like how the front is “gathered”. Wasn’t comfortable to me. The dress as a whole was comfortable I just didn’t like how it felt where the material gathers together. I am very particular about how clothing feels in my skin and I didnt like the gathering. But other than that I really liked the dress. Purchased for a wedding but ended up going with a different dress.

This is very pretty. Made from nice fabric and is a flattering design. The fit was ok but I wanted a perfect fit so took it to a local shop for alterations. Came back perfect. It was just what I needed at a reasonable price.

This dress was perfect for a New Year’s Eve party. I bought a medium and it fit perfectly everywhere. I was worried it would be too long (I’m 5’4”), but it was just right. It’s comfortable, has some stretch, and well made. I would definitely buy again in another color. The royal blue was beautiful.
