I got a size 34...I'm 5' 9" (short inseam) and I'm around 172lbs depending on how much pizza I eat that week. The pants aren't too long and are really stretchy. The only issue is the waist adjustment. It's only on the right side and seems like it doesn't stay tight. Love these pants to ride in. Great for chilly So. Cal mornings. Don't get too hot in the afternoon as well. The only thing that I have a beef with is the adjustment belt. It doesn't stay where you adjust it, it slides back to bigger size. Doesn't bother me much while riding but walking around I have to keep pulling them up. ... show more

I wear a 34x34 so I ordered a 36 cause pads and stuff. Fits a little loose around the waist. The strap to tighten on the back would work if I was a 36 of course. That being said, the strap doesn't hold well. One of the pockets started ripping but it's not an issue. Took one fall with them and no tears. Length is maybe like in-between a 32 34. Perfect pants for mountain biking. Mud doesn’t stick to the pants. When it dries you just wipe it off. Recommend them.

These pants are great. I was concerned that I would be too hot because I ordinarily run and ride in shorts in temps down to the 30's. These pants are articulated at the knee so they don't grab my thighs when I pedal and they somehow provide warmth without being too hot. And get this, I was bit by a dog on my first ride with these pants and the pants protected me! I was bruised but the bite did not puncture my new riding pants. This was an unexpected benefit for sure. I would rate these pants a 5-star for fit, comfort, and performance for sure. ... show more

Don’t size up. They run true and don’t fit like tights. Great range of motion and good weather proof. I’m buying another pair in a 32 as the 34 is my usual size but they are adjusted all the way and still a little too loose. They are worth the money.

My husband bought these off of my Amazon account. He LOVES them. He uses them for mountain biking.... and then also all day everyday. In fact, I feel like these are the only pants I see him in now. He says things like “I feel so free.” And “I need about 10 more pairs.” Frankly, I agree, because soon enough I won’t be able to get that mountain bike sweaty balls smell out of them.
