I was recommended by Amazon to get a size large. I weigh 150 lbs, I am 5'5, I have a slim build, and wear a D cup. Upon getting the dress, the package was all taped up, and I could barely open it. Upon opening the dress, it had been worn and had a snag on the butt area. The dress was 2 sizes too big in the breast area. I'm not sure if someone's body shape was a large and their boobs were very large (like xl or 2xl), but the dress is hanging off of me showing the entire cup of my bra on the sleeveless side. The sleeveless side is literally touching my stomach. I normally fit a large in dresses like this and other formal dresses. I'm not sure if the dress was supposed to run big or if someone has stretched it out.

This dress is long. It also fits loose. I'm 5'5" and I had to wear 4in heels to get it barely off the ground. Probably not the best choice for someone on the short side. My measurements are on the edge of small and medium. I chose a medium. It fit comfortably. The weight of the dress pulled downward, so if it fits loose on you it might slide down slightly. Some garment tape would work well on the shoulders. Overall very elegant and recommended if you are taller than average.

It was flattering and a nice dress. The zipper was difficult and there’s no hook and eye to help hold it together to zip it up. Since no one was around to help, I managed to get the dress over my head instead. The fabric is stretchy. I would have liked it, but the dress fell about 4-5” short of the floor so the bottom looked absolutely ridiculous. I’m 5’6. Hope this helps. The top looked great. I’m returning the dress though bc it was way too short.
