I have the same problem as everyone else; the leg bolts are not long enough to reach the nuts on the cross bars when they are inserted into the adjustable frame, making the entire bed unusable. This version of the folding car bed appears to be a newer model than the previous one (different mattress), so I wonder if we're getting the legs for the previous model or if it's simply a QC issue. I am past my Amazon return window, so I will reach out to Letsenjoy to see if they can send me the correct legs and will follow up here afterward. Update 1: I could not find contact information for Letsenjoy, so I contacted the distributor here (Ichrysania) and they have said they will ship a new set of legs for me. As soon as they arrive, I'll update this review. Update 2: The distributor sent an entire new bed to me, but alas, it has the same problem, so it's clearly an issue with the manufacturer. I would not order this item until they have solved the problem. Update 3: It turns out it's not the leg bolts that are too short, but that the Riv nuts in the cross bars that the legs screw into are not properly seated. If you have a Riv nut tool (like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JBNNJ3Q), you can use it to reseat the Riv nuts as they should be. Use an M8 mandrel and adjust it as short as possible. Fortunately, I own a Riv nut tool and was able to reseat the Riv nuts in the crossbars correctly. Once the Riv nuts are properly seated, the legs will screw into the crossbars and the bed can be fully assembled as expected. This is clearly a QC issue with the manufacturer and we should not have to resort to finishing the work they incorrectly did, but if you have the bed (and can lay your hands on a Riv nut tool)and are looking for a solution, this is what you can do to fix it.

It works great as described. Mattress is hard but works perfectly as support on the frame. This is thorny mattress for this bed in my opinion. you’ll want another softer pad I’m using it in my Toyota Sienna 2021 minivan. I can’t remove the 2nd row seats, so I need this adjustable one. I am 5’2”. It’s perfect.

I really want this item to work, but the leg threads are too short to reach the rivet. The product seems heavy duty and durable but the legs can’t thread in. You can tell by my photo on the first thread there is no way for it to reach when it’s in the connector.

DO NOT BUY THIS. It is a defective product. The legs literally would not screw into the place that they are supposed to screw into. The built in screws on the legs were too short. Do not waste your time.

Had high hopes. But, the legs won't screw in. Useless box full of metal. Sending back for full refund. Going to go get that far more expensive one.

Product is really great except for one critical problem: the threaded tip of the legs cannot reach the inside thread of the joints/connectors so they cannot be joined and the product was also shipped with one leg missing. Seller can remedy this by sending me six new legs with the correct threaded tip as the product is actually a good one.

This cot works great in my CR-V but like some have said 5 of the 6 legs wouldn’t screw in because of what looked like too much black coating on the threads. This was really frustrating but it seemed like I could get it to work with a little research. I ended up ordering this “M8 x 1.25 Metric Thread Tap and Die” https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D29WJKLG and cleaned up the threads easily. Just wanted to share this in case anyone runs into the same issues and doesn’t want to go through the return process for an otherwise great product. This would be a 5 star product if QA was conducted better.
