I bought a pair of fleece lined sweats from Eddie Bauer and love them. When it’s really cold this is all I want to wear around the house, and I admit, I’ve actually worn these outside the house, despite how awful I look in them. I wanted a second pair for when they have to go in wash but they no longer offer them. I spotted these on Amazon. The price was good and are very similar to my more expensive ones. The elastic waist is very stretchy and comfortable. They’re certainly very comfy and cozy!. I haven’t washed them yet so can’t address that. These pants are lined nicely and definitely warm. I almost feel like they're sewn backward though, as if there's more room in the front than the back. To be fair, I'm a 'hippy' gal with junk in the trunk, so obviously they'd fit differently for those with different body types. If you're trying to look svelte or cute in some warm pants, I would not recommend these bad boys, however. They're bulky and not flattering at all. I did size up too, going with an XL when I normally wear an L in most things, and I'm glad I did. I just use them to stroll my street for some exercise in the winter, so I'm not looking to impress while sporting these. If you're going for warmth over style, these are a great option! ... show more

I love these, but I would go up two sizes since the materials are thick and with bending and walking the one size larger is just a little tight to be real comfortable. And, if you squat the back rides way down.
