9 1/2 M was a perfect fit for me. The shoe does appear to be 100% leather uppers. The sole is rubber. The Insole is a comfort spongy material, I am satisfied with the comfort of it, but I would like a little more padding under the ball of the foot area. Every shoe manufacturer I have seen has very little to no ball area padding. Color is brown and it meets my expectations. Overall the quality is superb. I own several Florsheim shoes and I am happy with this version. This design is versatile for Sunday Church or just going out on a date, Very Nice and clean looking. I’ve always loved Florsheim shoes and the first pair I had lasted a long time. I haven’t bought them in a long time but something told me to get them again so I got these. They were comfortable right out of the box. No break in required so that helped a lot since my feet are sensitive. They don’t feel as strong as the original ones I used to buy because they are on the softer side and have a rubber bottom but I believe these will last. Killer looking shoes, built well, fit comfortably. I normally wear a 10.5 wide, and these fit me comfortably enough! The toe cap definitely gives it a cleaner looking crease in my opinion.
