These shoes are quite comfortable and crush the Dockers of the same design I’ve gotten in the past. They’re light weight and the top leather IS leather. They held up well (comfort wise) and broke in easy after a full day of wearing them. They lose a star because they do not have the Goodyear welt and cannot be resoled. A shoe in this price range may never be worth a resole, but I try to make sure the bottom can be worked on because of how fast I burn through the heel of a shoe; at least a modifiable sole can usually get some work done to the heel. I thought all dressy Florsheims had that feature, now I know. For this shoe, it falls closer to the $50-60 price range in value, hence the 4 star instead of 5. Still a nice shoe, I’ll wear it, but I’ll probably go a different direction when it comes time to replace it. ... show more
