The tapes are 10m each so there are plenty to use. They are easy to reposition without leaving residue on paper. The patterns are less impressive than in the images. And they are not very carefully positioned on the tape. There are some awkward connections. They don't come in very tight rolls, as you can see in the photos. I have had a run of bad luck finding washi tape that actually have a good amount of washi tape on each roll. This set arrived today and I am a fan! I have found that the adhesive properties of this Washi tape is only moderate. It lifts easily when 140 lb watercolor paper is more than damp. I am a beginner watercolorist and trying many different things. this tape is thinner than the 3M tape that I tend to prefer at this point in my learning curve. Having tape that sticks without tearing the paper is important. This was my first order of Washi tape and should have ordered either 3/4" or 1" width tape. On the positive side, I love the designs! I am sending out handmade Christmas cards this year, and wanted to use a variety of washi tapes to decorate the cards. Overall, I am really happy with the quality of the tapes - they are as shown, and the colors are true to the picture. My issue is the adhesive on the tape - it's almost too sticky. It is hard to peel off the roll, and little pieces get left behind, no matter how careful I am, or how slow I peel the tape off. It's a bit of a pain to be honest. But, it's probably because I have 40 cards to make. If I was doing a small project, I wouldn't probably feel it was an issue. For the price, you truly do get some amazing quality tape. It's definitely on the stronger side while having a decent/good amount of sheerness. With this washi tape I don't have to worry about my collages or any getting unstuck (unless I were the one to peel it back) OH and as a bonus to its strength, it doesn't leave behind any sticky residue. ... show more

The designs on the washi tapes are really pretty, I kind of don't want to use some of them haha. They also stick very well compared to some other washi tapes but you do have to press down a bit just so it adheres to the surface. I'm pretty grateful for the length of the washi tape rolls because it makes the price very much worth it on top of the good quality. I already used a lot of one of the washi tapes seen in the photo lol so once I'm out, I'll definitely buy more! ... show more

All of the designs are aesthetically pleasing and perfect for my journaling habit. The tape adheres perfectly to the page. Since it's obviously washi tape, if you're trying to place the tape on top of written text, it's going to show through. You can try placing over 3 layers of tape if you REALLY wanna cover up some text. Just an FYI in case someone wanted to do that, lol. For the set that I selected there is a good color variety, which, has made journaling with them more fun because I like to match my pen to the washi tape I'm using for entry. My one complaint would be they do tear more than the washi tape I had bought from Micheals. Personally, this hasn't been much of a problem for me. I use the tore parts as additional decoration.
