The design elements of this dress are great. The faux wrap of the skirt with draping conceals the mid-section well. The quality could definitely be better. The bust is tighter than expected. The dress is only partially lined which makes it feel cheaply done. The bust is lined and the skirt is lined about half way down, so the midsection and mid thigh down are unlined. I don’t think it would be as obvious in a darker color, but the partial lining really takes away from the quality of the dress. I otherwise would have given this dress five stars. I am happy with the fit and the dress is comfortable. The zipper seems low quality also, but it hasn’t given me issues as of yet. This item runs smaller than the sizing recommendations. I ordered a Large plus and my measurements are 36 bust, 30-31 waist and I typically wear a size 10. I’m 5”3 and the dress falls mid calf. Overall, I like the dress for its design and comfort, but sizing runs small and the quality needs improvement. Hope this helps! ... show more

I like this fit of this dress, and the fabric is not sheer, nice color. My main complaint is that it is obviously cheaply made, without a liner, and will not stand the test of time. I wore it to the intended wedding, and it worked well, but I doubt I wear it again, and environmentally I don't like that. Pros: Fast shipping-Ordered dress last minute as a wedding guest and Amazon offers next day delivery/shipping Plus Size friendly- I normally wear a size 16-18 pants US size and the dress is very flattering. The ruching and how the dress fits is beautiful even without shape wear which is a bliss for me because I hate shapers. I could slide the dress on without even unzipping it. Cons: The chest is tight to the point where you can’t tell it’s supposed to be cowl necked. The top just looked like it had extra fabric. Even a bra couldn’t help provide some structure for the uniboob. Overall I love the dress. I’m going to order it a size up and hope the cheat fits better. I just hope going up a size doesn’t affect the overall fit of the dress because it hits my curves nice. ... show more

I am a size 12/14. I struggle to find dresses that work for me. I tried this in the 0XL and 1XL. I think one might have been a 14 Plus (0XL). In any case, the 0XL fit the best, but it was still too big for me in the stomach, hips, butt; I was going to have to get my seamstress to take it in. I guess I could have ordered the regular 14 (non-plus), I think that was an option - if not from this seller, there is another Amazon seller with this exact same dress with a regular 14 option. Ultimately, I decided to keep looking because the dress was not quite what I wanted. I liked the extra material in the front to hide the stomach area, but the extra draping over the butt was just too much extra. The dark solid green is gorgeous! At first I had ordered a 2xl it fit but a bit too tight from my breast back area and if your like me i hate to be right. so I went up to a 3xl and it fit perfect it hides the belly and it’s plain comfortable and so soft. I have ordered a few in different colors and can’t wait to wear them.

    • Love this dress!! But the zipper was faulty!!

I absolutely loved this dress the day it arrived. I tried it on and it fit great, super flattering! I bought it to wear to a wedding. The day of the wedding, I put the dress on (never even used the zipper, just pulled it on over my head (both when I initally tried it on and when I was getting dressed for the wedding). Before leaving the house, the zipper came open, I was able to zip it down then zip it back up with no issue. So I left the house for the wedding. I made it through the ceremony and cocktail hour, and just before we were going to sit down for dinner, the zipper split again - this time, I couldn't get it to zip down so I could re-zip it!! IT WAS JUST STUCK!! I ended up having to safety pin it as best I could with the safety pins in the bathroom basket, and ended up having to leave the wedding because my whole side was exposed. I loved everything about the dress and would plan to just take it to get a new zipper put in, but now there are little holes from the safety pins and it's rendered totally useless. :( ... show more
