I bought this for a wedding and was not expecting to like this dress as much as I ended up liking it and I definitely wasn't expecting as many compliments as I received. Everyone kept asking me where I got it. I never write reviews, so for me to write one on this dress is saying something. I'm 5'4" and 175lbs with a little bit of a pooch from a c-section. For this reason, I purposely looked for a dress with some kind of rouge in the stomach area. The rouge on this dress did exactly what I was hoping for. I liked the look of the rouge on both in the front and the back. The material was good and breathable (it was an outside wedding and hot) and the overall fit and length was perfect. I wore a size XL and two inch heels. When I took my shoes off to dance, I wasn't stepping on the dress either. Perfect length. "Almost" like the pic. Clearly, more folds in the front even still, this dress will do. I like the back. I'm not wearing shoes so you can get an idea of the length. I personally don't like dresses that drag the floor. The dress will be more flattering, after I steam it and slip on some heels! I ordered an XS and still have room. So flattering— does run a bit big. I am usually a medium or small and could’ve done an XS. I got so many compliments on the dress! Only downfall is the tag is visible so I had to cut it out the best I could.
