This dress is super light and comfortable and I can tell I’ll be wearing it a lot this summer. However, I’m not gonna be able to wear it until I do some altering. I’m 5’3 and the dress practically touches the floor. Also, the slits are in such a weird place for me because of my height. I’m going to hem the bottom and bring the slit up further so that it sits on my thigh and not below my knee like it is currently. Gorgeous dress! It is slightly see-through but I just wore white spandex shorts under it and people can get over it if they see my leg outline. It is a light, thin dress for summer and the mesh means you don't have to wear a bra!!! (I am an extremely small-breasted woman, however, so maybe not the case for others). I wore it for a dance and it left a visible sweat mark at the base of my sternum, but it was dark so not noticeable to others. I then wore it for walking around a city in 100+ degrees F and it was great; I felt comfortable in it. I am 5'7", 140 lbs. and generally a size small. I bought this dress for vacation in Mexico. It’s beautiful and lightweight but it’s very very long. I al 5’7 and I have to wear wedges that are about 3 inches tall with it otherwise I’ll trip on the hem and wipeout on the stairs. It’s not a shape that would be easy for a beginner seamstress such as myself to shorten and the price and rather cheap material isn’t worth it to me personally to take to get tailored. ... show more

Cute dress, I ordered a size up (xl)because I wanted it to fit longer. I'm 5,6 190lbs. Dress is super comfy but the top does rise up if you lift your arms up, so your constantly adjusting the top part of it. This dress is so cute! I’ve worn it several times to brunch, bridal showers, and other daytime events. Not see through at all, and very lightweight. When I first bought it, it came down to my ankles (I’m 5’4”). Even after the first few washes, it still came down to just above my ankles. However, over time and many machine washes later, this dress has shrunken and is now almost a midi-length. I don’t buy clothes off Amazon but when I do, I get real lucky and love what I got! I got the size large, I’m 5’4 and it’s the perfect length (literally perfect) I switch to sandals at the end of the wedding and it didn’t drag. Super light weight, not see through. I always have an issue with off the shoulder anything but I kind of have wide shoulders so it did rise up throughout the night. It’s STRETCHY, very giving. 2 slits in the front for the perfect breeze because it was hot as heck. Us girls get down on the dance floor so this dress was perfect. Bought this as my dress for my bridal shower. Overall it was pretty good. Flattering, good fit, lightweight and cool, perfect for summer. It is a little sheer but as long as your undergarments are nude then nothing can be seen. Overall I would recommend.
