The product is great and checks most checkboxes for me (read on). Easy to install. Remember to buy and use Teflon tape as that does not ship with the product. The water can get pretty hot. I only ever need the first degree of warmth (there’s a total of 4, a 0th degree provides no heat) for the water and for seat heat. I set the dryer heat to the max. And I max out the water pressure for the wash. The feedback: 1) [edit]I initially wrote a long paragraph about the breaker popping at max settings. I realized that on the second plug on the same outlet, the breaker never pops, even at maximum settings (water heat and pressure), something has to be wrong with the outlet. I recommend try switching plugs if you run into the same problem + recommend that the seller adds it as a trouble shooting step :) 2) The dryer might be a bit weak in terms of air volume (the heat is great). Takes about 1-2 minutes to reach 90-95% dryness. Which is totally alright. 3) Would be nice if the nightlight setting was intelligent instead of manual 4) the product doesn’t ship with Teflon tape (not an issue, can easily be found and purchased on Amazon) Feel free to contact me about this review. ... show more

This was my first time using a bidet. I was both excited and curious! I love how sleek it is and how there are so many customizable options with the smart control panel. The heated seat alone was worth it for me! It was super easy to install, I would just make sure that you have an outlet nearby.

Can I get some help or advice on why the arm sticks inside when you press the clean butt button. And how to fix it. I’ll fix it myself. But need to know how to.

I really liked the product even though it took some work to install and my husband had to help tighten it down enough to keep water from spraying all over. Not having cold water was the best. For about 6 months. Now the water just trickles out and no longer sprays upward. This was an expensive trial. ... show more
