They taste even better with guacamole. The size is perfect, and they make my stomach feel better . I don’t get constipated as often since I started eating them. They do have a slightly salty flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend adding extra salt to your sides.

Forgive me but damn!!!!!! I could not spit them out fast enough and I’m a lady. Thank goodness I was alone. They are gummy, or pasty like with little flavor other than what I assume is the flax, or maybe this flax has soured. I might be able to tolerate the texture with a completely different taste, but I cannot do that taste with anything. Disclaimer: I have never tasted flax before. Truly, I apologize for this negativity, but I must be honest on this with the cost, and then the size of the bag being so small, and then the taste; deserves zero stars. With closer inspection, I believe it is completely flaxseed probably ad here together with its own oils, ingredients also include apple cider vinegar! Lord, I should’ve read the label before I got them. Here are some pics to give you an idea.

The ingredient list is very clean, and I like that they are gluten free, non-GMO, vegan, and keto friendly. The light sea salt flavor is mild and works well with spreads like hummus, avocado, or cheese alternatives. The crackers have a crunchy texture and are quite filling thanks to the high fiber content. With 9g of fiber and only 1g net carb, they’re a convenient snack for people following low carb or high fiber diets. The taste is very natural since they’re mainly made from flaxseeds, so if you enjoy nutty, seed-based snacks you’ll probably like them. These are awesome for KETO/low carbers that Need some crunch. Also, they are chewy...so it takes a good while to consume. A serving of six is 1.0 net carbs. As far as flavor..it is not particularly strong..but you seem to love them or hate them. I love them. Hubby does not, but he doesn't NEED crunch in his LC diet....I do. Sturdy enough to dip. I save the crumbs in a baggie in the freezer for LC "breading" use. I would give it 5 stars if it came way down in price. 10/10 crunch 7/10 taste 8/10 satisfaction 4/10 value for price

I want to be fair to the seller of this product and it is MY opinion only. As for freshness, it's as if it just came out of the oven fresh. I think this product is for only a certain type of person. lol It was NOT what I was expecting at all. It tastes horrible, but for the right person, it might taste as its suppose to. I honestly thought i'd never get that taste out of my mouth. I was told to try flax seed products for inflammation my immune system is causing me, but I never expected this. For those that love its taste it might be just what you're looking for.

Much saltier than expected (almost seaweed-like). Crackers are small in size and are essentially flaxseeds stuck together. Texture isn't bad, but it's not like a traditional cracker. Good ingredients!
