Let me start by saying that I am NOT a fanny pack person. I did not have any at home and I haven't used one in decades. I'm more a crossbody bag or wristlet wallet kind of gal. I decided to look for one because of a planned all day trip to Disneyland with the kids. I did not want to bring a full wallet or purse with me all day, and a backpack would mean taking it off each time you wanted to grab your phone. So the obvious answer was the fanny pack, but I cringed at the thought of them. The Fjallraven hip pack is very minimal, lightweight, yet durable. It is also fairly good looking as far as fanny packs go! Not too puffy or bulky, and pretty comfortable. We walked 13+ miles that day and I had zero complaints about the fanny pack around my waist. It has just the right amount of pockets, not too many and not too few. I have a jumbo iphone 12 Pro Max which fits in the main compartment. The thinner pocket in the back (closest to your body) is perfect for drivers license, a few credit cards and some cash. There is enough material to also include a pair of sunglasses in the fanny pack for when the sun went down. And all the while keeping your belongings neatly and safely stowed while walking around Disneyland and getting on/off rides. Yes it is $50 which seems steep, but for the functionality and quality and looks, I would still recommend it.

We used to buy Herschel fanny packs, but always had an issue w the stiff fabrics they use and the low quality construction. We researched some replacements and came to these and could not be happier!!! These are small, have great construction, use nice light weight fabrics and have a cooler shape than your average fanny pack. We will only be buying these moving forward for our fanny pack needs.

It’s smaller than I thought when it arrived and I was ready to be disappointed. I wasnt looking for a large fanny pack but it wasnt what i was expecting still. But i started opening it up and fittings things into it and now im kinda in love with it. There’s three Zipper compartments. The main one has a mesh pocket with a key holder thing. All compartments are surprisingly pretty roomy! For such a small bag it holds a lot. Looks are really deceiving. Even when i’ve put as much as i can it honestly doesnt look bulky. I usually bring a thick wallet, my keys, my phone, a pepper spray, my mask, airpods, and the occasional dog treats if im dog walking. All of this fits with enough room for my hands to dig and find things without a problem. The bag is light and doesnt feel cumbersome to carry. The adjustable strap is long enough and can be carried on the waist, across my body, or as a shoulder bag or crossbody. Adjusting it is also easy enough when i need to tighten or loosen it. It looks to be water resistant but i havent fully tried it under heavy rain yet. It was pretty out of my budget (for a fanny pack of all things) but once ive used it i never regretted it. It’s so convenient to have everything in a lightweight bag when im casually going in and out of the house. Absolutely recommend.

I really love this hip pack. The size is small but it holds all my essentials very well. I typically carry my small Fjallraven zip wallet, lip stick, phone, keys, hand sanitizer and tic tacs and they fit good and snug in this bag. I definitely wanted something small, not too bulky and that has a nice minimalist look. The quality is very good and I highly recommend this bag.

I had a trip to Europe planned and decided to get myself this sling. When it arrived, I was a bit worried that it would be too small, since it was maybe half the size when flat of my cotopaxi sling. Still, I took a chance and packed it and I'm so glad that I did! I used this little guy every single day of my trip. I stashed my wallet, coin pouch (for euros), passport, boarding passes, key card, and many other little essentials like tickets and eye drops and chapstick and sunscreen. On occasions where I needed more security, I even fit my phone in there too. I never felt like it was too small. In fact, the size was perfect since it tucked easily under my arm when crossbody so no one could run away with it. I usually wore it over my shirt and under my jacket for added security and discreetness. 10/10 would recommend. This completely eliminated my need to carry a backpack during most of my trip!

I love this bag. I can’t stand carrying a bag, but it’s a necessity with not having ‘real’ pockets in so much of women’s clothing. This little bag can hold so much. It can hold my wallet, keys, mask (just in case), chapstick, mints, and phone with ease. It’s extremely lightweight. The fabric is smooth and just slides over whatever I’m wearing. It doesn’t get caught or catch on anything. I can even just hop in the car and buckle without having to remove it first because it’s like it’s not even there. I no longer have to wonder where it is or fidget with it, or switch it from shoulder to shoulder (yes I do carry it as a crossover for comfort). I can easily move it from front to back with very little effort. I’ve tried several different bags including ones from Baggallini and Herschel. This is my absolute favorite.
