Updated: contacted the customer service email included with the package. Seller responded promptly and immediately shipped a replacement. No issues with the replacement. Thank you! Received sheet. Washed same day. Went to put on the bed only to see a massive hole in the sheet. I have surgery tomorrow and have to change my sheets frequently afterwards, and will be in bed a lot. I ordered extra deep fitted sheets so they will stay on the bed with our new topper. Now I only have 1 to use and am out $20. ... show more

We ordered these sheets a week ago. They were will packaged and easy to unwrap for use. I washed and dried per instructions but used dryer sheets when drying. I can report that the sheets managed to twist themselves together in the dryer but I suspect that it was our dryer, new styled energy saving thing. I replaced our current sheets that were always slipping off the bed on my side. I can not prove it but I think that my sweetie was pulling the bottom sheet over when she was sleeping. As of this morning the bottom sheet was still anchored to the bed and I was a happy camper. She said the sheets still felt "The Best" and wanted me to order another set to be ready to replace. I wasn't expecting much because lets face it that's not very expensive for any part of a sheet set. I am super sensitive to itchy materials but my husband and I also toss and turn all night long and have to replace whatever "deep pocket" sheets I put on the bed every morning. While these sheets are not the softest they are soft and do not bother my skin conditions and we've used these sheets since they've came in and they have yet to need to be fixed. Because I have a very thick mattress with a 2 inch topper it is very very hard to find sheets that will fit and the most important thing is STAY ON! These sheets really do the job! They are soft and comfy and they come in a bunch of colors too. I need to order some more and so do you.
