Nephews love these lil figures! they are both fairly young so they really like the small size of these figures. They are great when you can find them cheap/close to MSRP but man some of them are super expensive for lil kids toys. if you can find them early when they are cheaper they are super great gifts. if you are not early then you just gotta keep checking to see if the price goes back down. ... show more

Those were the words out of our granddaughter's mouth when she saw this set: "Wow! It's the Joker!" Kids seem to be well aware of this world of DC animated characters, especially this year. We've already collected some of the DC Super Pets play sets. And, if you're shopping for a gift, look around Amazon pretty thoroughly before you settle on your final choice. Some of those Super Pets sets are pretty cool and in our family are a big hit with kids. However, I'm a Grandpa who is a lifelong fan of comics and I know that lots of kids enjoy the villains as much as the superheroes themselves. And that leads us to our final tip: If you are a family concerned about violence in toys, then you're probably already skipping this product. But we share that concern, so we want to stress that this toy's actions do include a sort of "hammering" action with one arm and, perhaps of more concern in some families, the other arm does "shoot out" a projectile. That leads to questions like: "Can I shoot this at the dog as we play?" Well, obviously not! One reason I mentioned the Super Pets sets above is that there are quite of few of them that don't involve either projectiles or hitting. There's a cool Super Pets "race course," Super Pets "talking" figures, etc. We're careful about these hitting and shooting issues ourselves so, while we can report this is a kid-tested 5-star fun toy and we're longtime comic fans, we also decided that this particular villain set will remain at Grandpa's and Grandma's house for only occasional supervised fun times. ... show more

This Imaginext set comes with a small figurine of the Joker from Batman which then fits inside the larger Joker Battle Bot. The battle bot has a launcher and also a hammer. My kids love playing with this toy and it goes well with the other Batman Imaginext toys they have which include Batman and the Batcave. ... show more
