I originally bought a petite medium which is usually always my size. When I received the medium it was tight around the butt and thighs and was too tight for work. I then returned those and bought a large and they are so comfortable! I could sleep in these, and they look so cute and sleek. If you want more of a looser fit I would recommend sizing up. Quality and stretch is amazing!

Great comfortable scrubs with good, water resistant fabric. My only complaint is the inconsistency in sizes, I usually wear a small and have other small FIGS scrub pants in a different color that fit well, so I ordered a small again. This pair is a little tight, but when trying on medium pants, they are too big even with the elastic waistband. It's hard to buy online when the sizing is inconsistent between smalls of the same style but different colors!

I am currently 7 months pregnant and needed a scrub pant that I could pull down a little in the front. I’m 125lbs at 5’3 and the XS fit perfect. Not pregnant I wear an XXS. I’m going to wash on cold and air dry to keep the length because they might become a little too short with a hot dry. I’m really happy with them.

Love the fabric, easily cleans and very light during warm weather. I only dislike the waist. I like the tie but almost wish there was some elastic to the waist as tying the strings tight enough is hard. And then during the day the tie strings loosing up and have to retire at inconvenient times.
